J’ai apprécié la chambre, elle était spacieuse et bien insonorisée. J’aurais apprécié un lit king malheureusement il n’y en avait plus de disponible. Le queen était très confortable.

Les employés sont fantastiques. ils sont a l'écoute des client, amicaux, souriant, se souviennent de nos noms. Nous saluent à chaque fois que nous passions devant la réception ou marchions dans les corridors.

I stay here for work every time I have to be in Lloydminster, and always have a great stay. The rooms are modern, clean, and have everything you need. The linens, pillows, and bed always set me up for a great nights sleep. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Finding hotels with both available rooms and meeting rooms within the same facility at a value price point is more difficult than one seems to realize. This facility came through in spades. From check in to check out, the process was virtually seamless and trouble free. The only point of note that I would raise is when you have two separate meeting rooms with different names which can be combined to be referred to as a different name entirely, have staff clearly explain that to a guest, rather than saying "it's right beside the elevator" (which also happens to be one of the two distinct names. Aside from that, would highly recommend.

Needs some updates forsure. No breakfast for the earl riser can't get Smitty's till 7 am wish they had told me that when I paid for the vouchers I start work at 6 . Couch's and chairs in room very uncomfy . Tiles in washroom floor move and grind hot water took a while gym didn't have what was advertised on website . Good for sleep but not a long stay would not repeat

I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel as an extended stay. During my time here, I experienced the best customer service anyone could ever ask for, they were extremely helpful and very kind. The front desk staff were always there when I needed help and went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were comfortable. I met the housekeeping staff and they were awesome and provided cleanliness daily. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants excellent service. Good job Holiday Inn!!! Look forward to staying again with you guys soon.
