Stayed recently for a work conference. The hotel was very clean as was my room. The conference room was a little cold but it was also very cold outside. I eat a vegan diet and the food that I had during the conference was top notch delicious. I wish the tv in the room had a sleep timer on it and I could have used a phone charger close to the bed. There was no shower cap in the bathroom. But other than these minor items it was a great stay. Would definitely come back if I need to stay in Red Deer again.

I have stayed at this location many times as I am often travelling on business. The front desk staff are welcoming and efficient. The room is clean, well stocked and very comfortable. I often book this hotel because the breakfast is included and the food quality is very good. The restaurant staff however are extremely rude. This is my third visit where the same waitress has told me that she was too busy to serve me, the wait was going to be extremely long (despite the restaurant only having 2 other patrons), and expressed annoyance and visible frustration when I place my order. On this occasion I asked her if it was possible to get toast to go, to which she again responded she was very busy and the wait was lengthy. I then asked if it was possible to add a bowl of fruit to the order to which she rolled her eyes and began to raise her voice at me in frustration. No one deserves to be treated in this way. I advised the waitress I wouldn’t be eating here today and left. I did also advise the front desk staff of the concern when checking out immediately after as the clerk noticed I didn’t use my breakfast voucher. While I enjoy the comfort of the hotel I won’t be returning as the restaurant staff are extremely difficult and disrespectful.

My husband and I had a great experience at this hotel. Shiello the front desk staff welcomed us with her friendly smile and let us feel that we are valued client especially when we mentioned that we are an IHG member. She explained in details what a privileges we get as an IHG member or AMA member. We also met Lindsay the front desk Manager and she was friendly and approachable. You can feel the sincerity in her that she really appreciated us for staying at the hotel. Jenna, our server at the Boulevard Restaurant was very accommodating and happy to see us once again and she even remembered us. Definitely, we will recommend this hotel. This hotel is now our second home away from home every time we visit Red deer. Thanks to Shiello and Lindsey for their sincerity and value us as their clients. The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. The restaurants food was excellent, and the location of the hotel was perfect for our trip. Will be coming back! Thank you so much.
