Chambre sale, hôtel bruyant. J'entendais les TV des .chambres voisines. J'entendais les g3ns dans leur salle de bain dans les chambres a côté .
Il affiche des chargers piur les.voitures électriques mais il ya seulement 2 chargeurs pour les.deux hôtels (home 2 suite et double tree)
Je recommande Hampton inn. Il est beaucoup mieux et super.propre.

Front desk staff incredibly friendly and attentive, check in and out was seamless. Room was awesome, clean and pristine. Very spacious. Pool was well maintained, gym had awesome equipment and very clean. Breakfast was great, a decent selection of warm foods. Tons of parking - the lot had a few bad potholes however. Prime location. Very quiet. Will be staying here again for another weekend getaway!

I stayed a week at the Home2 and it is fabulous. It's more of an extended stay with a full fridge, microwave and options to cook for yourself. The room is stunning. I've seen more expensive that do not compare.

I'm really impressed by the location, access to everything, some trails and parks nearby and it's privacy.

I will recommend this or the Double Tree which the two are double branded locations dependant on your needs. Personally I love the kitchen option.

The staff Marcia is fabulous. Great attitude. Friendly.

The pool and gym are excellent. I crushed out serious muscle smashing workouts in the evening and cardio every morning. It's not a fitness club mind you by any means but it's really fabulous and gets it done.

I will recommend Home2 to anyone I can.

Again, the room and staff and facilities are excellent.

The hotel is very clean inside and out. Rooms are very spacious and clean eith all the amenities. Marcya on the front desk is amazing. She is Majestically Awesome. Her customer service skills are exceptional. I’ll be staying here my next time in Kingston.

We recently stayed here because of a medical emergency for a family member at KGH. Our family had several rooms, and we were extending our reservation day by day as needed. The entire staff was so accommodating, but Josie in particular at the front desk was so very helpful and wonderful to our family, helped us with adding more reservations, was empathetic and knew our entire family by the end of our stay. The hotel was so clean and everything we could have needed was on site. Will definitely recommend to others.

Probably the most well thought out hotel anywhere. Room was perfect. bed comfortable. kitchenette. ultra modern and new. everyone was supper pleased with this choice. Breakfast was top notch. Gotta give a heads up to the best desk mnager ever Marcya. She was so much fun and welcoming. She defined hospitality! <3

We visit Kingston a lot as we have family there. We’ve essentially stayed at every single chain hotel in Kingston and found that Home2 Suites is very disappointing. The rooms are very new and spacious, but we didn’t check under the covers until we were going to bed and at that point it was too late. There were hairs throughout the bed, as well as the pillowcases. We were in room 1506. The sink also wasn’t cleaned well and I had to go around the room disinfecting everything after feeling grossed out. Also, not sure why housekeeping is knocking on our door at 10:15 AM, when we still had time to check out. The breakfast is also horrible, I’ve never had rock solid bacon, and questionable meats for a DIY breakfast sandwich. The Hampton Inn and even Comfort Suites have much better free breakfast. The location is fine, as it was nearby family so we will probably stay at its sister hotel DoubleTree next door if we had to choose between the two. Overall a very disappointing experience.
