Factory Honda 51r battery..2.5 years replaced twice in a row...You dont offer Factory AGM batteries..Canada weather conditions best example for the best option...Can you please relay this to Johnson Control and provide better quality?...Thank you for listening....

I brought my car to the plant to be repaired, and they refused. I would not recommend this plant, not only did they have poor service, but it smelled like burnt oil

I purchased a brand new Honda CRV 2024, This vehicle has proven to be a severe and ongoing liability.

The first issue arose with the injector, requiring a replacement part that took nearly two months to arrive. This delay left me unable to work as an Uber driver, causing significant financial and personal hardship. Then, just a week ago, a major oil leak flooded the entire vehicle. The dealership kept the car for several days, supposedly fixed the issue, but the same problem reoccurred the very next day. Now, they have kept the car again, waiting for yet another part replacement. I am deeply frustrated, feeling hopeless, and am at a loss for what to do next.

Throughout these ordeals, the dealership has been entirely unhelpful, further exacerbating the situation. I am at a point where my ability to earn a living has been compromised, and my patience has been thoroughly exhausted.

The repeated mechanical failures and lack of timely support are unacceptable. My spouse and I have contacted Honda on multiple occasions, they just give us a case number, and no one ever follows up.

It's disheartening that Honda terminated you for taking only one out of the three personal sick leaves you were entitled to. Your dedicated hard work and efforts seem to have gone unnoticed, especially during a time of illness. People have families, and sudden decisions like this can significantly impact their financial planning. I sincerely hope that those responsible for such decisions may come to understand the situation you are currently facing, and that they may find themselves in a similar position one day.

1- No overnight parking.
2- Delivery Gate is Gate B. GPS gives you the main entry. You proceed forward and from the 3rd color light, you make a right turn.
3- Coil receiving is seen from the security. You will back in.
4- If you are lucky, you will find the right person to offload.

People are not helpful. Just keep your patience.
