Chambre datant des annees 40, ca sent l’humidité, très sale. Tapis vert shagie.. l’eau entre pars les mures, toilette jaune cigarette. Meuble très vieux j’ai meme peurs de m’assir dessus la chaise. A évité a tous pris. La fan dans la chambre de bain est bloquer de poussiere yarkkkk.

Un motel en pleine rénovation un nouveau lobby des changements pour leurs lavabo de salle de bain qui se trouve à l'extérieur de la salle de douche un environnement très propres et chambre rénové mais avec meubles antique il est très bien pour un passage donner la chance pour les changements qui se font

I submit this as an honest review in hopes that the family who is running this business can improve.

We stayed here as a stopover on a long road trip to the coast. After a long drive, on arrival we were told by the lady at the front desk that our reservation was for 2, not 4 as we had booked online through expedia. My wife explained that she had specifically booked a 2 bed room for 2 adults and 2 children. The staff member was rude and said that we did not in fact book for 4. She said she would waive the fees for extra people 'just this time' and handed us a key.

The first thing we noticed was the unplugged smoke detector laying on the vanity, which did concern me.

Our room was not dirty, but it did not feel clean. The bathroom was musty and the shower was not well kept. The bathroom vanity was in the bedroom so it was difficult to wash up at night without waking everyone In the room.

The centre courtyard was filled with cleaning supplies and spare beds with paper over all the windows and created a very spooky and unfriendly environment in the hallways.

As far as the value goes, if you need a place to sleep for a few hours this place is fine but do not expect any amenities.

On departure, the young man at the front desk was very friendly and nice and I hope the management takes his lead going forward with customer service

I recently stayed at Hope Inn and Suites and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made settling in easy and comfortable. The bed was very cozy—perfect for a good night’s rest after a long day of travel.

What really stood out was the service. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, offering great local tips and making check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. It’s clear they care about their guests and take pride in providing a pleasant stay.

If you’re passing through or staying in the area, I highly recommend Hope Inn and Suites. It’s a great value for the comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service you’ll receive.

If I could give zero stars I would. I only needed the room to crash after a wedding so ignored the low rating but I wish I didn’t. It was the WORST hotel and customer service I have ever experienced. I booked a two bed room and when I arrived the front desk refused to give me one. She said her system only had one bedroom for me, even though my email confirmation (that I showed her) said I booked a two bed room. We argued in circles for 15 mins when I gave up and took the key. The carpets on the way to the room were FILTHY. The lights flickered like a bad horror movie but when we opened the door - the STENCH that came from the room was unbelievable. A mix of death, body odour and old cigarettes. Something I have never experienced before. I didn’t even step into it. I immediately called a motel down the street and got a different room. It was WAY BETTER. I told the front desk girl I couldn’t stay there, and she said “too bad / no refunds, drop the key off”. Didn’t even come out of the back office. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don’t book here, you’ll end up paying more to stay somewhere else.

The family that owns and operates the hotel are AMAZING! A local gem that couldn’t be run by sweeter people. They are super accommodating and always ready to help. Harjan is a born leader and it has been a true pleasure getting to know him. We love our late night chats and both him and his mom have helped us out no matter what time it is. The hotel is super safe, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are always clean. Thank you for allowing us to stay with you and making us feel so welcome!

This place saved my husband and I, once it was the only available option in the weekend we were at Manning Park. The room was clean and tidy, but if you are looking for something fancy, maybe this won’t be a great option for you. It’s well located, and there is a Korean restaurant right beside it which is really good! I also gave 4 stars for the service only because I don’t like when they register my credit card just for “safety”.. and the checkin took a little while.
