This dog friendly hotel is really nice. The rooms are nice size clean and quiet. My only recommendation to the hotel is
adding an area in the bathroom to place your personal items.
It's really difficult getting ready for two people .
The pool and hot tub area are amazing. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The whiskey bar is a great place to socialize and enjoy a meal.
Really enjoyed our stay here.

Had an amazing stay at Hotel El Dorado Resort! The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and nicely updated. Loved having easy access to the beach and the resort’s pools — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

Also really appreciated the on-site dining options and how convenient everything was. Would highly recommend El Dorado Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

We decided to come to the Hotel Eldorado for our 4 year anniversary. unfortunately for our first time staying there we did not have the best experience. Our room 426 had shards of glass in the floor. Both me and my husband got glass in our foot.
moving onto dinner... I ordered a 10oz steak that was a very bad cut and was chewy to say the least. I asked for mashed potatoes but did not get what I ordered on the side and the vegetables were hard as a rock. My husbands Pasta aswell was very dry and not to mention the steak tartare had no flavour or seasoning. I ordered a cocktail margarita as im pregnant and the first drink was amazing then asked for another one and it was a completely different drink so they took it back and then they gave me a completely different drink again! However our Waitress was amazing and so polite so I felt bad for her!

in the evening: the hottub was cold and the pool was dirty.
Our anniversary was supposed to be a magical evening which turned into us both stressed out.

Went here for a surprise birthday High Tea afternoon. I was pretty excited and got all dressed up for an upscale tea experience. The atmosphere visually was pleasing but the music....?! Walking in to Eye Of The Tiger and a loud rock music playlist throughout the entire stay left is feeling like there was more to be desired. There was one song that SUPER loud screaming and dubstep
It was shocking and I couldn't help but laugh out loud at how silly it was that this music was chosen for an event like this.

I enjoyed the food, it looked and tasted yummy! Lots of different little things to try. The china was cute, although I thought they would of had matching tea pots and such. The display for our food was very wiggly and had parts falling off of it.

It was busy and it was difficult to find someone to get more water or other items.

It was a memorable afternoon

The overall stay was very disappointing. At this price point, it is far too expensive and offers extremely poor value, making it not worth recommending.

First of all, the room was very small and clearly outdated, with poorly maintained facilities. The soundproofing was terrible—you could clearly hear noises from the hallway and conversations from neighboring rooms. The bathroom ventilation fan was broken. Although we called hotel staff to repair it, it was never fixed, and they even left a used chair they had stepped on in the bathroom without any follow-up. We had to move it back ourselves.

The air conditioner was extremely noisy, and at night it made loud banging sounds that seriously affected our sleep quality. Breakfast was not included in the room rate. We visited the hotel bar in the evening, but the cocktails were mediocre and overpriced—again, poor value.

The most disappointing part was the front desk service during checkout. They gave unclear explanations about the charges, the bill was not transparent, and they didn’t even provide an official invoice. The handling was very unprofessional.

Overall, this stay was a terrible experience—outdated facilities, subpar service, and unreasonably high prices. We will not return and do not recommend it to others.

I had high hopes before checking in and left with huge disappointment when checking out. First thing first, it’s unreasonably expensive but with extremely poor service at the same time. For more than 400 bucks I paid for one night, I was expecting more. The interior is very old and not well maintained, you can even hear the next door talking laying on your bed. The air conditioner runs so loud that even my apple watch is alerting me and worried that it may damage my hearing staying in the room for too long. The toilet is even worse, each time I flush it, it reminds of me I was beside a Boeing 787 engine. What’s worst is the attitude of the front desk, they are not polite and impatient when questions being asked, they even charge you extra for parking fees and resort fees even though it says clearly that parking is free and we never used any resort service at all! This hotel does not seem to care about the client experience at all as they know most of their clients will only visit them once and never come back. However, my overall trip experience at Kelowna was good, but i’ll recommend you avoid this place at all cost. There’s plenty of choices about 10 minutes from downtown Kelowna, they are newer, quieter, have better room services and priced much lower.

My husband and I got married end of April and stayed at the Eldorado for our wedding week. Guests stayed at either Eldorado or Manteo (partner hotel). Everyone was happy with the service, cleanliness, atmosphere and everything else. We did have some trouble getting the guests their discount in the beginning but with the right staff member this was corrected. They allowed guests an early arrival, which was greatly appreciated as many guests were travelling far with lots of luggage. In addition, the Eldorado was the perfect backdrop for getting ready photos, first look and they allowed a few quick photos in their bar as well. The makeup and hair artists were very happy with the natural light to do their jobs.

We used the pools, steam room, gym and massage facilities which were all great and useful after a night of partying!

The restaurants and bar also served quality food and drink that was enjoyed by everyone.
