Had an excellent experience with our school volleyball team. Staff were very helpful with printing and other requests. Rooms were good. A few spots looked warm but they have tried hard to keep it looking nice. The rooms were nice and the bathroom was very nice. A little off the beach but a great location overall. I would recommend it if you are looking for a spot in Parksville.

This was our first stay at Hotel Feng. We quite enjoyed our stay. It is a great hotel for families complete with a pool & hot tub and breakfast buffet.

The rooms were clean and nice with two comfortable queen beds, a large flat screen TV, and a spacious bathroom.

The pool is is more of a splash pool. It's not more than 3 ft deep but it is nice for the kids to play around in. The hot tub was nice and hot and great for relaxing.

Breakfast included eggs, bagels, toasts, oatmeal, waffle machine and all the goodies that will keep your kids happy!

We needed to travel to Parksville, BC, Canada on short notice and chose the wonderful Feng Hotel.
The manager and staff at the Feng Hotel showed great compassion and kindness when they heard that we were traveling because of sickness in the family. We were humbled by the goodwill and warmth as well as the fine amenities of this lovely hotel.
What an amazing calling card for Parksville. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Stayed here 1 night in an one room suite.
The room was relatively modern & clean. It was a good size for a family since there was 1 king sized bed & 1 sofa bed.
The indoor pool was enjoyable & there was also a hot tub.
There is also plenty of car parking spaces.

The breakfast was OK: many cereal choices, the usual bread & pastry choices, several waffle irons, a well stocked fridge of yogurts & fruit cups, but the hot breakfast items were disappointing. The scrambled eggs looked unappetizing & the boiled eggs were very overcooked.

Overall, comfortable enough for a short stay.

The hotel has been upgraded and updated. A few minor issues that prevent a 5 star rating. The elevator....you need plenty of patience. Lol And the shower drain, simply isn't. Everything else was more than adequate for the very reasonable price of the rooms. The front desk staff was also very good.
Will stay here again.

Stayed here last year when it was still a Travelodge and it has improved a lot under the new management and their renovations. It's pricey in the summer, but it's also close to the beach and the rooms are pretty big. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. They seem to have a lot of cleaning staff keeping it up. The breakfast is decent enough. The only proteins are eggs and yogurt, but there are plenty of toasts, cereals and fruits available. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here one night. Room is clean and has brand new walk-in shower. Room is on the ground floor but doesn't have much noise. Breakfast is okay, it'll be better if includes bacon or sausage. Will stay again.

Central location and clean rooms. Despite some fire alarm trouble one of the nights, we had a great stay. This was mostly due to the excellent service. I can't say for sure but I am guessing that they treat their employees well because everyone working seemed to always light up with a big smile. The complimentary breakfast was well equipped. We will stay here again.
