Je n'avais pas beaucoup d'attente après avoir vécu une expérience décevante au Comfort Inn & Suites
Langley, BC. De l'extérieur ce n'est pas très attirant mais dès à l'intérieur mon opinion a commencer a changer. La réceptionniste était souriante et sympathique. Quand nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre, la surprise était totale. tout était neuf et décoré de bon goût. La douche est immense, le lit king très confortable. Une cafetière Nespresso était à notre disposition. Lors des rénovations, ils ont remplacé le tapis par du plancher flottant et de la céramique. Ce qui est grandement apprécié. De plus le prix est très abordable.

My husband and I are traveling through BC and stopped here for 2 nights, the rooms where clean and nicely set up, we LOVED the shower tub combo. Excellent balcony to read our books. The lovely people at the front desk were kind and helped with anything and everything we needed. Our coffee maker wasn’t working, they replaced it asap. 8 mins walk to the beach and into downtown if your up for the fun night life. Will definitely be back again.

The first room that we were assigned to was extremely dirty especially the floors. They were not swept at all. I informed the front desk lady who had checked us in and to her knowledge that room had just been marked clean by their housekeepers. She then moved us to a different room. She informed me that they just contracted a new cleaning crew and from the look of things, a lot of training needs to be done when it comes to cleaning. The room that we moved to was also dirty. We couldn’t use the phone in our room to call front desk cause it was covered with dirt. The bathroom floor was something else, all covered with human hair and overall filthy. We had to wear our flip flops while we were in the rooms. After having driven for long hours with 2 kids in tow, we were so tired and just stayed there. We should have just canceled our reservation in general. The front desk is nice but their rooms are DIRTY. We will not be staying here ever again nor recommend this place to any of our friends or family.

Extremely dirty hotel, feet would turn black upon touching the room floors. I had to ask for a broom to clean our room. Beds were not made the second night and there was no coffee/tea in the room. Pool had things floating in it so we used the hot tub that seemed cleaner but the jets didn’t work. You need to go to the front lobby for coffee in the morning but doors are locked if you get up too early. Overall unpleasant stay especially with front desk reception. Location is good.

**UPDATE SINCE FIRST REVIEW--- The hotel has banned me because they didn't like my review and as well I would like to add that I am not banned from any hotels anywhere except this disgustingly filthy hotel. I also will be filing a complaint with employment standards regarding the health and safety factors associated with the cleanliness of this hotel.I have also had several people informed me that this hotel likes to check your garbage while cleaning to ensure that there is nothing they don't approve of in it, if there is the cops get called and they ban you. The Days Inn just down from this a way better alternative if your in the area, very clean great rooms and amazing customer service :)***

Most unpleasant experience I have ever had at a hotel. The room,elevators and common areas were absolutely filthy. The floors leave your feet black, stains on the walls, dust and bug filled lights. The general manager is beyond unpleasant and the staff member who lives in the hotel is a liar. We are a family of 3 and checked into the family suite at 11:30pm, upon check in my card would not work I was informed by the live in staff that as long as I paid the deposit now I could pay my room when I checked out, she explained how it's a option they give people, that is word for word what was said, given the time of night and wanted to just get my son to bed I took the option to pay at checkout and paid the deposit at arrival. There was no freezer section in the fridge, the soaps and such in the bathroom were empty and one was mostly just water. 4 days after checking in we decided we wanted to pay for another night, when I got to the lobby to pay I was lectured by the manager about how I hadn't paid for my reservation and that I was told to come down the morning after checking in and do so, this was simply not the case at all! The lying staff member continued to hide away while this confrontation was happening as she clearly knew she was not being honest about what she had clearly told me. The manager though wasn't hearing any of that and put the blame completely on me. We complained about the fridge having no freezer and instead of just switching rooms we were given a fridge swap, this is the only positive part. We tried to discuss the overall cleanliness of the hotel with the general manager and again she was confrontational and was having non of that. I was told there was no discount for bcaa or military members, also told that I should have been being charged for an extra person and my son, we booked a family suite sort of wrong to charge for more than own person for a room like that. I was charged an extra $72 to be able to check out at 3 instead of 12. I am posting pictures as there was never so much an apology made regarding anything . For a hotel that cancelled all their reservations and has barely anyone staying in it you would think that keeping what little customers they have happy would be of top priority. We stayed at this hotel a year ago and it was awesome now we more then likely will be staying anywhere but this hotel in the future. I stayed there 5 days and the filth in the common areas was there on day 1 and still there on day 5.

We quite enjoyed our stay. The only major thing I wish is that there was an hour of hot tub pool time that was adult only. The last hour of the day would have been perfect. I loved that the beds were not side by side.

This isnt a 5 star hotel. Given the type of hotel it is I have provided the reviews below. I did pay quite a bit of money for the stay but I booked last minute on a very busy weekend. The pricing also depends on demand which I don't think other reviewers have kept in mind.
I booked the superior room for 3 people.
Cleanliness: This is an older property but the room looked like it had been reno'd recently. I felt everything was clean and this was confirmed when I noticed even the window sills/blinds were clean!
Beds: the mattress is very soft. Same with the pillows. I prefer a firm bed but the other two guests in my room LOVED the beds.
A/C: AC was comfortable but loud in the middle of the night when it would intermittently turn on.
Extra touches: There is a nespresso machine in the room which is a nice touch.
Amenities: Did not use the pool/hot tub nor the fitness area so I cant provide feedback on that.
Location: awesome location. I enjoy walking so everything is convenient. 15 min walk to Wayne and Freda Cafe. 8 min walk to the Penticton Channel! There is a Co-op corner store across the street and Denny's if you need something late night/quick.
Front desk: Dealt with Colin the entire weekend. Such a gem! Im not from Penticton and he provided really good recommendations for everything! Pleasant and friendly person. Great at the job.

Nice hotel close to parks and the beach. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and they had a fridge and microwave in the room which was handy. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and a good temperature.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
