Fausse publicité. L'endroit ne ressemble pas aux photos. La chambre n'est pas modernisé, ni propre. De la nourriture et dechets en dessous des lits et sofas. Pendant la nuit je me suis faite mordre par un insecte et j'étais habillée de la tête au pied sans avoir utilisé les draps. J'ai eu ma leçon. Côtés positifs: L'emplacement, douche et toilette fonctionnelle. Motel cheap.

It was the super worst place I’ve ever been in my entire life , it's very bad smell, and The receptionist was very provocative and had bad behavior , I think even the motels from World War II were better than this. I absolutely do not recommend staying here — you’re better off sleeping in your car ,
This is the dirtiest place I have ever visited in my entire life. It is really dirtier than garbage places. There are insects. There is no ventilation. There is no WiFi network. The TV does not work. There are no towels in the bathroom. The comfort is dirty. The receptionist is rude.

The hotel is good for the price. The rooms are clean but need renovation as they are old. The reception staff were understanding and friendly, and they even helped us with check-in when we arrived late at night. The location is relatively good,
"Perfect for relaxing after a trip."

I hope you’re well. I stayed at Richmond Hill Inn from Saturday, May 31st to Monday, June 2nd. I was scheduled to check out on Monday at 11:00 AM, but I was sent to the hospital around 9:30 AM and didn’t get a chance to formally check out.

Could you please let me know when I can expect my security deposit refund? I want to make sure everything is in order given the circumstances.

It was the worst place I’ve ever been in my entire life. I think even the motels from World War II were better than this. I absolutely do not recommend staying here — you’re better off sleeping in your car.

Filthy rooms, condom under the bed, hair on the pillow, double mattress on queen sized frame, broken towel rack, ripped towels, rusty microwave, filthy windows, crunchy toilet paper, shady neighbours, bathroom window wouldn’t close, broken beer bottles outside my room and the fridge froze and ruined my vegetables. The one star was because they allowed my dog to stay.

The staff here are genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. What truly impressed me, however, was the quality of the rooms. I could tell that Richmond Hill Inn had recently undergone significant renovations, as everything from the furnishings to the flooring felt brand new and meticulously designed. The location of Richmond Hill Inn is another major perk. It is easily accessible without feeling like it’s in the middle of all the traffic. It’s perfect for travelers passing through the area but also conveniently located near a number of great restaurants, shops, and points of interest. The motel has ample parking, including spots directly in front of the rooms for easy access.

At first Glace and from the reviews I've seen and my personal experience with Expedia it wasn't the best to start .
However my personal experience with the hotel staff was amazing, the room was a normal 2 queen sized bed, the room was clean , it smelt good I have no complaints on cleaniness
It's not the Ritz but if your looking for a clean and quiet place to stay the night I would stay here again next time I booking directly with the motel and staying away from Expedia!
The staff went above and beyond, very helpful and understanding . I will be staying here again in the future
