I wouldn’t stay here again if I’m looking for a good night’s sleep.

Pros:
• Friendly and welcoming front desk staff.
• Convenient location, about a 15-minute walk from the train station Ste-Foy.
• The room is small but well designed, and the bathroom looks very nice.
• Bed is comfortable and heating system efficient.
• Wifi works well.

Cons:
• The room lacked proper lighting, making it feel very dark when arriving at night.
• Poor soundproofing: I could hear people walking in the corridor as well as various mechanical noises throughout the night.

Great place close to bridge. Has electric car chargers .
Very clean place and well maintianed .
Room was very nice with small microwave with mini fridge and coffee machine. Slepted like a baby .
Very nice washroom with those huge flat showerhead with great pressure.

I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms are not as bright and clean as the pictures online made them out to be. They smelled musty and dirty. We had no hand soap in our room upon arrival and when we asked for some we were told to come to the desk and get it after already making two trips to the desk for the room keys not working. The room was not clean. I would sum it up to this hotel being like lipstick on a pig. 2 star rating . We will not be back.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Beautiful decor, the bathroom was clean and absolutely stunning well worth the price. Breakfast was not included in the price but pay extra to have it. To be honest the breakfast was not worth the extra it was bland.

Front desk girls, Melissa & Alison so helpful when I had car trouble. They went above & beyond! Construction in the area was pretty bad, but not their fault. Room clean, quiet, breakfast was good.

All a bit weird that no other reviews mention the horrendous major roadworks going on within a few metres of this hotel and the massive inconvenience to travellers. We are from the UK and travelled from Ottawa in 4.5hrs but finding the hotel took another 90mins. The Manageress stated we only got a late road update because we used Booking.com. So we are second class guests then. There are bulldozers and dirt all around, plus loads of dust and noise. We have had to stay this one night but we are out tomorrow.
The rooms are nice, great bed etc but you hear other rooms quite easily, especially the water systems.

We have stayed there twice and will again. Clean rooms and very comfy beds. Special shout-out to Mohammed today, who went above and beyond duty finding our insulin freezer pack. He kept his cool and found it when there was an issue overnight with the staff fridge/freezer as the previous check-in rep had to store in another location. That goes above and beyond. See you again soon Hôtel Sépia!

It’s pet friendly hotel with Tesla charger.
But when we come here from Montreal we don’t know the road blocks and due to the construction they don’t have water in the room 🫠😮‍💨 cannot shower
