the rooms are very clean but parking for handi cap is next to none should be more ||the medical rooms are clean but small some cant even get wheel chair into them the tolits are small close to floor next to imposable to get off of them the butt wipe is less than 1/8 of roll have to bring your own most of time there s none in rooms no microwave no coffee machine and fridge is small and freezes everything no shower soaps ice machine is on bottom floor with next to none in it most of time its double booked the rooms so make sure u get there early or loose you room to who ever gets there before you they only rent out 2 floors of rooms the 3rd floor nothing rented out||every 1 smokes at entrance of doors no 1 gives care about law of 50 feet away cig butts never cleaned at entrance doors watch your payment method they like to double charge the card upon leaving property so its pay when getting room and pay again when you leave ||some shower wash rooms have black mold around ceiling and floor areas||the heat doesn't go any higher than 75 f the rooms are cold and damp

Very nice clean hotel. Friendly helpful front desk staff. Good location near stores, restaurants and a Pharmacy. Within walking distance of the hospital, 1/2 hour. Lots of space in our double room with counter space, fridge, tv, table with two chairs and computer desk with computer chair

Was hard to find at first, but after a few stays it's easy. The rooms are super cute, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I want to know where they buy the bed spreads. They are fabulous. The views I have had haven't been the best. No one like looking at the wall of the building next door, but it is Finn McCool! So that's a bonus to be so close.

I found the service was great. The rooms are very clean. The staff was friendly,funny and very helpful. In my case I was there because of medical. The staff understood this and were very helpful. I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else while in Sudbury. Thank you staff and management of House of Kin. Great job all. Keep it up.

My husband had quadruple heart bypass surgery and I was exhausted driving back and forth every day to hospital for 2 weeks so I got a room and it was the best ?

Our son was in the hospital and the room was just exactly what we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spotless. All the staff we interacted with were great and were will to give suggestions on places to go and how to get there. The room was good value for the money. Definitely would stay here again & would recommend to others that are going to be in Sudbury.

room was 2 beds but very small we book way advance but at time of booking no medical room avail only 1s aval had 1 single bed in them i needed my keeper nurse with me in case of medical problem so took a no medical room barely enough room for us about 10x12 foot no microwave in room had to go down hall 200 feet away no coffee machine 1/2 roll of ass wipe for 2 people on a 2 night stay ... empty kleenex box i think we saw a roach do mad dash under bed and i think mouse poop by fridge door 1 bar of soap no shampoomy nice white socks i think had a tint of dark color to them as well from walking around in them in a room||i think not great at this place pay cheap get cheap i will do better research next time
