I started the interview with saying this place is an inn. So when you book or give a comment, remember that the quality matches the fee for service and matches being an inn. The place was very clean and the staff for lovely. We arrived a bit later than planned, but they were absolutely accommodative. And the parking is secured. So overall, that was a good experience as far as an inn goes.

No one ever seems to be at the front desk when you need them and the restaurant isn’t open for breakfast. Many of the fixtures in the room were straight up filthy (the phone was COVERED in grime and there was dust everywhere). Not sure what the other options exist locally, but I think I’ll stay in Smithers and make the drive next time I have to be in Houston.

Couldn't sleep, could hear mice or rats in the walls/ceilings chewing things. (It would stop for a short while when I lifted one of the ceiling panels.

Noise was present from check in to check out.

Do not stay here, charge top price and the place was filthy, drips down the walls, shower leaks, built in smoke detector beeped all night. Way over priced for what you get.

Excellent cleanliness, friendly staff members.
The motel was so good and very nice environment. I had wonderful stay and awesome vacation. Me and daughter received a lot of care and love. Kid-friendly and great value.

It's enroute north. I asked for room no smoking no pets the rubber mat is on the Floor for dog bowls and it smelt like my old labrador had been out in the rain. Otherwise not bad. Good pizza store at front which closes early

Helpful front desk guy checked us in around midnight. Booked solid due to construction crews in the area. Thank goodness we phoned ahead. Good basic rooms, a bit dated but management making obvious efforts to gradually modernize: Terrific new full-size shower and updated bathroom balanced with older furniture in the rest of the room. Overall good value.

Nothing wrong with the room except the price. $200 a night? Wow. Website said $140…. I call it’s $160…. $20 for pet fee… we get here and now the price is $185 for a grand total of $205. Yes, I know there’s taxes but…… basic room, basic bed…. Basic everything. Yes, the pipeliners are here and everyone needs to get their pound of flesh from the project….. but being selective of who you charge what would be best for repeat customers of locals and tourists. PS: hopefully your eye site is good for the TV.
