We were one of the fortune ones who were able to get a hotel rooms for a few days during the power outage due ice storm. The staff was very friendly and the room was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was really convenient that we were able to park directly in front of our room. Will definitely recommend this hotel when family visits us in the future.

Went for hockey tournament. The rooms are older but the service was fantastic. Our entire team rented rooms and they had wonderful welcome sign for team and little gift bags in each room. Really went out of their way for us. Super convenient as well to get to the rink

STAY AWAY! The WORST experience I have ever had at a motel! Rooms are advertised as "accessible" but yet have a tub in the bathroom which is unusable for someone with a disability. Fixtures in the room were filthy, non accessible washroom, one plug in the entire room, fly sh!t on the ceiling, holes in the bathroom door, toilet was leaking brown sludge!*||||Night staff that will lie to your face while giving vague answers, with ZERO help from management. I spoke to expedia and Howard Johnson corporate who authorized the change in my reservation and this hotel STILL wanted to charge me an extra night. Night staff still blamed expedia for not wanting to change my reservation and treated us like a second class citizen because we didn't book directly with the hotel..."this is why you shouldn't use expedia...". After arguing with this hotel all night and morning, we stayed one night and checked out immediately - less a half day charge that was unfairly charged. Front desk staff double charged our credit card even after I paid for the entire stay ahead of time on my debit. Still waiting for over 800 dollars to be refunded for what should have been a 450 stay. Disgusting treatment, and absolutley horrible customer service! Stay away from these liars and thieves! We will be reporting them to the better business bureau and the health board.||||This disgusting place should be condemned, I wouldn't let an animal stay here, let alone human beings.

Terrible customer service. Asked for a phone call back 3 times and manager never called. Staff are not empowered to be decision makers or handle issues.

As I understand I was to be at the hotel with a group and cancellation policies can be different, I was not considering the fact that my child might become severely ill. I was called back the first time after 2 days and when I put in another call there was no call back. Empathy, compassion and common sense was totally lacking.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room on a whole was very clean, modern and quiet. Price was decent for area and amenities.
A couple of items that need to be addressed first the hard flat pillows need to be replaced! Four per bed would be great. The beds were quite comfortable.
Second the bathroom was very clean and updated. However the shower head was old and had no pressure! Why update but not the fixtures.
Overall we had a good experience. We would use the motel again and recommend it to others.

Despite our arrival after midnight the front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The room was immaculate and updated. The beds were super comfortable and each had a firm pillow and a soft pillow. Healthy choices were offered at breakfast. Even the coffee was good! My husband and I were both impressed with the quality of our stay.

Our 2 day stay was quite adequate. They do need to provide enough towels and shampoos for a room that holds 4 people. The bath also needed a bath mat by the side of the tub. More effort needed with breakfast - after checking it out, we chose to go elsewhere.
