Kids had fun but when we stepped in the hot tub it was as cold as the pool. Kind of disappointing, when we asked about the temp we were told the heater hasn't worked since summer. It would have been nice to be warned before we paid that the hot tub wasn't working.

I called first to see if the hot tub was available and I said yes. The hours until 9:30 PM are good however, when I got in the hot tub, there was no heat. It was like a swimming pool temperature at best 25° C. I found out that the hot tub needs repairing. After seeing all the rust on the bottom of the very small lockers, the ceiling tiles removed. I’m thinking this pool needs a lot of repair. It certainly could have a lot more colour in the pool area to make it more lively like the ones I saw last year in Fernie and Sparwood BC

What a great way for the Grandkids to spend an afternoon.

Always more than enough lifeguards present and plenty of things for the kids (old and young alike) to do.

Ok so...How can you complain about this place!? 2 years ago they replace the flooring and for a while it was really aggressive and shale like. My baby girl had slipped and cut her leg up so with some bleeding and crying I was not impressed! It has since been worn smooth by the thousands of feet that walk across it every day so alot better! Upkeep is regular and lifeguards always have there eyes peeled. Changerooms are good, I sure feel like the money made by the place they could do a way better job in the men's changeroom on the ceiling though. Lockers are good and solid and overall a very great place to go! I have one major complaint though. Before supper being 3 hours but after supper is half that at 1.5 hours but the prices are the same. That needs to change. It needs to be priced accordingly. Highly recommended before supper!!
