I had the absolute honor of being Leo’s model at the Saskatoon Tattoo Expo, and I truly can’t thank the Humboldt Ink team enough for such an unforgettable experience. From the very beginning, they welcomed me like family and made the entire weekend feel special.

Leo is unbelievably talented—not just as a tattoo artist, but as a designer. He took my ideas and transformed them into something more beautiful than I ever could have pictured. His design skills are next level, and his execution is flawless. Every line, every detail, was done with intention and precision. Over the three days I sat with him, he constantly made sure I was comfortable and supported, which made the experience even more meaningful. The piece he created for me is truly something I’ll cherish forever.

Before the expo, I also had the chance to sit with Lemwell to refresh some older tattoos and finish off my half sleeve. His line work is incredibly crisp, and his attention to detail brought new life and depth to my existing pieces. I honestly fell in love with my tattoos all over again.

No matter which artist you work with at Humboldt Ink, you’re in amazing hands. The entire team is kind, passionate, and incredibly skilled. Every piece is done with care, creativity, and heart. I’m beyond grateful to have been part of this experience and can’t recommend Humboldt Ink highly enough.

Leo did a memorial portrait of my cat that passed away and it’s the most beautiful piece I have!! The service from their team from start to finish was amazing, Leo and his wife are such genuine souls, I felt so at home and comfortable in their space, which I think is very important for folks, especially newbies! 10/10 recommend Boggs for any tattoos! He was so kind and too the time to make sure everything was lines up perfectly, he was very gentle with me, as gentle as he could be also very respectful! Had an 8 hour session with Leo to kick of 2024 and as always it’s 100% the best experience getting inked! Very professional and lots of communication. They definitely care about their clients - even to the point of bringing in food as we shared two meals together throughout the course of this day! The work looks incredible and I can’t wait to add to it at the top and the hand too! Cannot recommend highly enough, awesome service! Love em!

I had my first tattoo done by Leo, he was super sweet the entire time and had basically tattooed my entire family. It was also a flash tattoo with all proceeds going to our local SPCA which is so sweet!! ❣️
Definitely will be going to get a tattoo again and I am hoping for Leo to do it when I do decide to go again!

Finally was able to get my first tattoo done from Humboldt Ink and all I can say is I’m speechless. Lemwell Villaver did such an amazing job on this Odin/Raven tattoo. I went in with a completely different idea and he came up with this piece which was far beyond my expectations which I love it. Love the detail in this realistic, Odin and Raven tattoo idea. Dude takes his time and getting that realistic look on point. I highly recommend him for anybody who wants some realistic, tattoos dude also has a bunch of other cool pieces he’s worked on.

Humboldt Ink is the real deal!! My first encounter was with Rena - she was reassuring, patient, and welcoming to me and answered all my questions!! Leo was incredible. He was so kind, supportive, and professional! To say the artistry is spectacular is an understatement. Incredible!! I was overcome with emotion seeing my tattoo! I absolutely love it!! I mean, Leo is the real deal talent. The whole team at Humboldt Ink - the other artists as well as clients were all so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere they have created makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in! I felt so supported and comfortable every step of the way!!! I can’t say enough positive things about Leo, Rena and the whole team! If you are considering getting a tattoo, trust that Humboldt Ink will take excellent care of you! We were in the Wynyard shop yesterday for a tattoo with Boggs. He is an amazing artist and very personable. The shop is very clean with a very friendly atmosphere. It was a wicked awesome experience and I would recommend anyone in Wynyard and surrounding areas to go see Boggs if they are looking to get a tattoo!!!
