The facility is well taken care of. The staff are really kind and nice. The place is set up great. The day pass can grant you the visit of this place and the next door Funzilla. Really good take your kids out there.

We decided to take our daughter to Imaginasium for the first time as a little Valentines Day surprise, what an absolutely amazing spot. Our little one had an absolute blast letting her imagination run wild. The place was clean, well taken care of and carefully thought out. We couldn’t have chosen a better spot to enjoy our day! Can’t wait to come back over and over again.

My kids are a bit on the older side for Imaginasium but still enjoy stopping in when we are at Funzilla. They love the plasma cars and my youngest loves the little grocery store room.
This place reminds me so much of the Pearl Hummingbird that used to be in Hamilton that my kids absolutely loved when they were little. The facilities are SO clean, they even have a wash basket to put toys in if they’ve been put into a little one’s mouth. Piano music plays softly in the background creating a very relaxing environment. Great facility, kind staff. If you have little kids you could easily spend the whole day here. A month pass is definitely worth the value if you live close by.

We've always been to the other location on Stone Church and loved it! We decided to check this one out today, and my girls loved it!! It's definitely bigger, and nicely spaced out.

Onlt negative I saw was one of the staff kept checking/making calls on her personal cell phone. There were also times no one was at the front desk (one staff was cleaning and the other was in one of the party rooms on her phone) so people had to wait several minutes.

Otherwise a great time and we will be back!!

Great play area for toddlers, lots of dress up and interactive play rooms with loads of props and toys! Unlike other Indoor play grounds this place is calm, you can keep eyes on your child at all time and the noise level is non existent. One of the few places you can be calm and relaxed while your child is entertained!

I had my daughters second birthday party here, it was fantastic. Staff is very attentive and helpful. And the space to host the birthday party is large, not to mention all the activities to keep the kids happy & busy!

I wouldn’t have thought my son had so much this place. There’s a different activity to do. I was having a hard time take him out. I would highly recommend this place ❤️❤️❤️lots of fun time to do for toddler. And also sa staff are very helpful and amazing.
