The best travel experience I ever had is with this company, I recently had the pleasure of traveling with Intercity Bus on last weekend, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I booked my ticket to the end of my journey, everything was seamless and enjoyable.

I appreciated how easy it was to make changes to my booking when needed, thanks to their excellent on-call customer service. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, making the entire experience stress-free.

The cleanliness of the bus was impeccable, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing environment throughout the trip. The seats were incredibly comfortable, with ample legroom and adjustable features, making long-distance travel feel like a breeze. The snacks and beverages offered on board were a nice touch, with a good variety to choose from, keeping me refreshed and satisfied.

What truly stood out was the speed and flexibility of the service. The bus arrived and departed on time, and the journey felt smooth and efficient.

I highly recommend Intercity Bus for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and efficient way to travel. It’s definitely my go-to choice for future trips

This is my worst experience using a bus service and that’s saying something having lived in different third world countries. I booked this bus for a trip from Toronto Pearson and Kitchener. The trip was supposed to be at 6:15pm. Around 6pm while waiting, I got an email from the company saying their service from Pearson to London was 40 mins delayed due to heavy traffic. This was a lie as other bus services on that route were on time. Also how was anyone supposed to know it’s the same bus that serviced Kitchener? An information they didn’t provide anywhere when I was booking. I was stuck waiting for about 30 mins in the cold for this bus and eventually called them in frustration only for them to let me know it was the same bus servicing the London route. This is just irresponsible and I actually caught a cold because of this, in addition to the inconvenience and breach of contract. They actually deserve a zero rating. Then the bus eventually came and it was a rickety old bus that was vibrating and creaking throughout the trip. Save yourself the trouble and never use this service

The bus we booked from London to Pearson was ONE HOUR late. We called the company several times, they asked us to wait half an hour and then 10 minutes more. We had to find a way to get to the airport on the fly or we would lose the flight.
Extremely unprofessional company. Should never be allowed to operate.
Filing a customer complaint and seeking damages.

The overall journey was amazing, they have great customer service, with amazing busses and drivers. As soon as i got into the bus, they offered me snack and i didn't even knew when I slept and when I got up I was on my destination. Such an amazing, peaceful and fast service. Trust me everyone, using this service is worth it.

I don't even understand how people can leave a good review of this bus company...I mean, it is the worst ! For trips that are considered long-distance (e.g. Toronto to London, a 3 hour ride) they assign a small dirty cramped school bus (what am I ? A student going to junior high ?), with no AC (the last time I took this school bus, I suffocated the entire ride), WITH NO WASHROOM (in a 3-hour trip !!!), no curtains (the sun was hitting my face and there were no curtains to make my trip more bearable), let alone having "luxury" like onboard wifi or outlets to charge your devices. To make matters worse, the windows of the bus were shut, so I couldn't even breathe fresh air, the seats didn't recline and were super uncomfortable, no leg room, no compartment underneath the bus where to store your luggage....what a nightmare. Travelling with Intercity Bus means a ride from hell. Never again....never !

Not usually a comfortable trip, but usually available when other busses are sold out and the price is good.

Check travel times before you book, as the ones posted on their website can be quite inaccurate.

Busses are often not air conditioned.

The drivers tend to accelerate and brake quite hard, so I also recommend an anti nauseant before you travel.

The WORSE service ever! On August 31st I waited at the exact address and the right time for the bus to come and take me to Pearson airport. I WAITED 18 MINUTES AFTER THE ASSIGNED TIME and the BUS DID NOT SHOW. No notification, no answer on their phone, no reply on their e-mail.

I had to drive myself to Toronto in order to catch the plane. I had to pay an unreserved parking lot $169.00 PLUS GAS. Of course, I did not take the bus back because I had my car in Toronto; therefore, I did not use the return ticket.

Upon my return in London, I went to the office, spoke to Habib and asked for a refund. Habib said he would speak to his manager and get back to me within a few days. I waited 8 days and did not hear back. I phoned 2 days ago again, I was told Habib would call me back and he has not. Therefore, I URGE YOU NOT to use this service.

I’ve been commuting to Toronto quite frequently by bus and this was my first unfortunate trip, I ended up with Intercity. The worst bus commute ever. The only pro is that they call you and give a reminder. The bus is never on time. I almost missed my flight thanks to the careless time management by intercity. The bus is dingy and stinky. The driver still follows his style of driving from back home. From road rage to intimidating other vehicles, he doesn’t skimp on his rash behaviour. The bus also has bugs, I was ravaged by bugs in the bus. Never again.
