We took a Pilgrimage to Portugal, Spain and France. Yolanda our Tour guide, Jose our Bus Driver and staff were top notch. Our Priest, Father Augustine was wonderful and preached the traditional words of Jesus. Only negatives was too much was packed into the trip. Only got 5 hours of sleep most nights and trip needs to be tailored down for adequate rest. Bathroom breaks were 20 minutes or less and no time to recuperate and little time to eat and rest. Toledo Spain hotel was the lone negative as staff was rude and arrogant and dinners were horrible. Rest of trip was top notch. Our Lourdes, France hotel was changed due to flooding and the new Hotel was the oldest in Lourdes. This hotel staff and food was excellent and the highlight of the trip. All members of our trip were excellent and it was a great time. This trip could have used an extra day to accommodate the stops involved. Adequate rest for older groups should be carefully considered but still a great trip!

It's my first time I've join the pilgrimage tour and I so glad that I have so much fun on our tour. Our tour guide Stan is very nice and helpful and guide us from the beginning of our journey a day to the last day of our trip. I have so much memories and very satisfied on our trip.

The tour of Fatima, Spain and Lourdes was very well organized. Helena ensured we were always reminded of next steps of the tour for the next day. Even though I still missed info. a couple of times. It is hard to realize how much attention a tourist must pay, and Helena and the guides were very aware of this.
While most of the tour was exceptional, and I don't believe any other agency could do better. A suggestion, which would benefit a traveler like me, I would prefer if the tour could start in Spain and then end in Fatima, fly out of Lisbon. The reason being, Fatima and Lourdes were the highest priority in sites, for me. In the end we also had a bit too much time for shopping in Barcelona with nothing else to do. Shopping is not my big priority and I feel an extra night at Fatima (the first point of the tour would enable me and others to catch up with time difference, etc.) and extra half day spent in Lourdes would be more welcoming. I know a tour cannot get specifically tailored. Overall, it was an excellent trip. Thank you Helena and Heritage International Tours. Good job.

Henry worked with us to provide an amazing spiritual experience with the steps of St. Paul trip. Henry ensured their were no surprises and oversaw any changes to maximize a wonderful and enjoyable pilgrimage. All hotels were top-rated and sites awe-inspiring! There was a perfect balance of religion, history, art and culture that was experienced in each place we visited resulting in a close knit community being formed! This is my first time joining a pilgrimage. Henry Rousseau, our Tour Manager, did not disappoint me. We were a large group of different nationalities and Henry blended himself very well with us. He was very patient and well organized. He made sure we get the best tour guides. I wouldn't hesitate to join another tour with him as our tour manager.
