I would highly recommend this place to international students for their accomdation. As rooms are spacious, people are friendly here and owner and management are highly supportive. Rents are also affordable including fully furnished rooms. Last but not least Bus transit is just 2 mints walk away. you can take any bus you want within walking distance.

I was able to complete essential tasks like getting my SIN and setting up a bank account quickly and efficiently. The rental process was also seamless, with both short-term and long-term options available. It took just 5 minutes to finalize the rental agreement.

The dorm offers various room types, including options for single girls, single boys, and couples, catering to a wide range of needs. Most tenants are students or dependents of students, creating a friendly and supportive community.
