Our flight was cancelled from YYC to Medicine Hat, called J & L Shuttle last minute and thankfully they were able to get my son & I home, and the best thing yet was they dropped us right at our home. Driver was friendly and helpful with our luggage. Was nice to be able to sit back and have someone else do the driving.

I booked a ticket from Brooks to Calgary because i had an appointment. When my appointment in Calgary was cancelled I didn’t ride even though I paid the ticket. When I called J n L shuttle about this they refunded my money even though it wasn’t included in their policy. I really appreciate this kind of services wishing them a bright future in Transportation sector. Thank you

On May 22, 2025 I witnessed a potentially dangerous interaction between the driver of one of J&L shuttles and another driver on the road. An SUV was in the passing lane but he was not passing cars he was sitting in the passing lane, he was keeping up with the rest of traffic at approx. 117km West Bound on HWY 1 just east of Strathmore, albeit annoying to be stuck behind someone that doesn't want to use the passing lane properly it did not warrant the behavior exhibited by the shuttle driver. The shuttle driver straddled both lanes for several hundred meters before resuming his spot behind the SUV in the passing lane and then again straddling the lanes like he wanted to pass between the vehicles down the middle. Just before reaching Strathmore town limits the SUV finally passed myself and the shuttle cut me off with less than a car length between us, extremely unprofessional in my opinion. I called the number on the side of the vehicle when I arrived home and left a voicemail that went unanswered, I called again to discuss my complaint and was told the owner would get back to me, that was several days ago so obviously a dangerous driver does not concern the owner. Very disappointing.
EDIT: I was called by the owner and discussed the situation, I believe the driver was still in the wrong for certain things but the majority of my concern was rectified so I have up'd the review to 4 stars.

Great drivers and buses. If you are considering J&L, go for it. Just make sure to keep your feet off the seats, this is disgusting
