Great option for camping just outside of Inuvik! Hot and free showers that are open 24/7 so they are available no matter what time you arrive. A handful of level, powered campsites. Private, treed non powered sites and some even with levelled pads for tents. Each campground had a concrete picnic table and firepit.

Bathrooms were clean, playground for kids, viewing tower to overlook the river and stunning sunsets. Highly recommend and will be back.

Waren drei Nächte hier, besuchten das Great Northern Arts Festival in Inuvik, machten einen Abstecher nach Tuktoyaktuk und den Arctic Ocean. War hierfür ein super Ausgangspunkt. Der Platz ist sehr geräumig, Feuerstelle und eine schöne Sitzgelegenheiten die wir leider wegen der vieeeelen Mücken nicht genutzt haben. Super saubere Badezimmer mit schöner heißer Dusche. Toll finde ich den Zeitknopf, der dabei hilft unnötig viel Wasser zu verbrauchen. Wasser ist ein kostbares gut, das man nicht vergessen darf. Auch Trinkwasser steht zur Verfügung. Es gibt Stellplätze mit und ohne Strom, Durchfahr Stellplätze , für Zelte wurde ein tolles Holzpodest gebaut. Einen Gemeinschaft Platz und für die kleinen einen schönen Spielplatz. Nicht zu vergessen die angenehme Ruhe die wir hier abends genossen haben. Ein toller Aussichtsturm lässt einen weit ins Land schauen.

We camped here in September 2022 on our expedition to from Tuktoyaktuk, over Labor Day weekend.

Intended to stay just one night, on the way up to Tuk, but ended up staying a second night that weekend, because the bridge was 'out' crossing the Eagle River.

The campground is a good price, nice private sites around around the perimeter, particularly on the west side. Washrooms were very clean and the sites were well maintained.

Staff was helpful, particularly with information about the condition of the bridge down the Dempster and the updates on if/when it would be passable.

Good campsite with plenty of sites. It has a nice observation tower to give you unobstructured 360 degree views. Showers and toilets were clean. Close to town

Been camping all across Canada for weeks now and this was so far the best campsite I’ve been to and it’s the most isolated. Amazing washrooms and lots of hot water. Very clean

We stayed in our little van for two nights — on our way up and back from Tuktoyaktuk. Wonderful little campground! The host is a lovely lady who does a great job. Spotless bathrooms. Serviced and unserviced sites. Stair tower provides a good view of the area. Remember that water is trucked in so be respectful with usage. Sites further from main bathrooms are more private but only served by vault toilet. Dogs permitted.

Lov'in the nice hot showers and clean washrooms. oh and they have a playground tooo. So nice to offer this at a territorial park and just outside of Inuvik. A variety of site sizes and a few with hydro. Open sites and more private sites also and potable water!! We stayed an extra day and explore Inuvik more because we were able to enjoy the services at this park!
