Johnson Industrial has been our company's choice for servicing all of our fleet of company trucks for over 15 years. Bought a chair for 150 bucks and ordered a second one which came in the next day. they wanted to charge me 245 bucks for that one. excuse was delivery went up, chair came from less than 2 hrs away, that cost me nearly a hundred bocks they figured. Needless to say the chair is still there.

Have taken vehicles here in the past. Very unhappy w their service. Broke my key in half and would not even come good for the cost of a key! Would not accept responsibility for their actions. Leaves you wondering what else they are not owing up to!

Over priced, they told me 500 for some repair I took it to PG got it done for $130. The lady told me the part is 158 plus tax call Napa part with tax 75 I asked her where you got your part from she said PG lol
