Joyce provided an amazing experience helping book last minute flight tickets to LA for my partner and I.

Although she primarily works from home since covid 19, she still answers phone calls at any time of day! We called after her working hours for our plane tickets and were provided the bookings within 2 hours.

I highly recommend Joyce if you have any travel plans!

We booked with Joyce travel for a trip to the Philippines in March 2020. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 our trip was cut from 17 days to 2 days and we had to leave the country and purchase tickets to return home. When I called Joyce Travel to ask about what we do about our unused return tickets, they had no idea and pretty much told me to figure it out myself. I spent about 20 hours total on hold with the airline who told me that the travel agent would have to refund my unused return flight home, and that they will know what to do. This was also stated on the airlines website. When I called Joyce back to tell her this, she refused to accept the response I was given and it seemed like she was just making things up on the fly. I spent numerous hours doing THEIR job and in the end they charged me and my family hundreds of dollars in refund processing fees. In the end my ticket was refunded exactly like it stated on the airline website and exactly how the airline told me on the phone, just like I told Joyce when I first contacted them. I feel like I did their job in that aspect and then to be charged a fee after the hours and hours and hours of work I had to do, that really should have been their job, just made it all the more worse of an experience. If I could give them no stars I would have.

I will never use them again and I would not recommend that anyone use them. They may be able to book your ticket fine and at a reasonable price, but when things go bad, you will be left fighting on your own and then taken advantage of in the end.

Called to this restaturan before coming said any consumption have 10% off but when We came and finished lunch the manager said only cash payment got 10% off credit card payment not included. It’s kind a dishonest. Bad feeling , Not recommend!

Doesn't seem to cater to walk-in clients. Windowless door that is locked. Didn't answer knocking during business hours.
