It had been four months now and we have still not received a refund for our baggage charges which was supposed to be included in our all inclusive package as per Mario.
We phoned Mario on our way out from YYZ to inform him that we were at WestJet counter and were being told that we had to pay for check baggage. He told us to pay for the baggage and send him a photo. We paid for check luggage both ways.
He keeps on telling us that WestJet is backed up hence the reason why it’s taking this long.
PS. Weeks before leaving I sent him a message to make sure that checked luggage was included and he guaranteed us that it was.
