I called this employment agency and spoke with the employment counsellor and inquire about BJO. Her responses were dismissive, and she told me I wasn't eligible to apply because I needed to be out of school for three years. Then, she hung up.

I get that your job is really tough but it would really mean a lot if you could be just a bit nicer. It would be nice to see a little more kindness toward those of us who are struggling. We are human beings trying to improve our lives, reaching out for advice and support. Why is it so difficult to show a bit of kindness and respect? A gentle conversation can truly make a difference in someone's day.

The services offered are very broad and can easily help me navigate which are right for me. You go in with an open mind, excited to receive employment counselling assistance from happy, positive attitude staff. However, that was not the case for me. The assistance I received was very poor. I was not able to speak at all to voice my questions. It felt very one sided, very passive aggressive, and overall very rude answers. I suggest you don’t get your expectations high, and take their feedback with a grain of salt.
