It’s said artists of the renaissance were inspired to paint their majestic masterpieces all while waiting for Kalum Kabs.

Very convenient if you’re a Buddhist, great practice for being in the moment.

The world’s oldest functioning clock is located in Prague. It’s said that the very first cab ever called at Kalum Kabs was called the moment the clock struck its first second back in the 12th century, that cab is still on its way… amazing!

We decided to cab from our motel to the Thornhill pub, where the food and service was excellent by the way, and half an hour before closing time we called Kalum Kabs to go back to the motel. We were told it would be around ten minutes. We then had to wait in the parking lot for well over an hour after the pub closed and every time we called back we were told they were only minute’s away. When the cab finally did arrive, we were offered no explanation or apology.

Have used this cab service for work travelling, sometimes you get a good driver,sometimes you don't!!
If you dont help your customers with groceries,luggage,etc. Do you think you deserve a good tip!!Paid by cash bill was $11.45 driver hands me back a $5 bill only,so just expected the rest was his tip I guess,but I was not even planning on tipping this driver ,it was like he just expected it!!! If you don't give good customer service,dont be offended if you get little or no tip!!!

Called for a cab, showed up within 10 mins at my hotel. I started off impressed. Driver did 15 km under the speed limit the entire way to the airport just to rack the meter up. Kept looking at me to see if I was paying attention. Afterwards he kept insisting that I pay cash. I declined and by card even though I had the cash. Next time I would rather walk then use this company again.

Terrible service. No accountability. I’m standing at the airport and they just drive up and pickup whoever they want. If you call a cab they dont take your name or number. What a gong show. I also have a stranger a ride in the cab with me because he was waiting over 45 minutes with me.

God awful drivers, just about t boned my and my family speeding through a red! If you value your life STAY AWAY, theyve already done someone in and left the country. I highly doubt any of them have their licences. SHUT IT DOWN!

Most drivers are okay. Cars are mostly dirty and smelly. But the operator is the worst. No phone etiquette.
Terrace need to have another taxi company.

Just got in a car and the driver tried to demand cash for the ride even though I can see the pos terminal sorting on the front seat and the people who got out of the car before we got in paid by card. Hard to believe that didn’t happen because we are
going to the rez. Viva la racism I guess?
