Booked a week in advance for a 4:00 drop off and 7:00 pick-up. They showed up at 5 to pick up my 101 year old grandma on her bday. We had hardly visited, and she hadn't eaten yet. They pretty much told my mom they were booked for a 7 pickup and couldn't come back. The lady in the office refused to try to accommodate her. It wasn't until after dinner, when I called and demanded they rectify their mistake or I'd call media about them abandoning a 101 year old lady on her bday, that they offered a wheelchair accessible cab. At 7:15 the cab wasn't there. We called and handy dart hadn't given them the unit number. When he came back it was a car that couldn't accommodate a wheelchair. 10 minutes later a van showed up and my grandma was able to go home. Absolute nightmare this experience. I'm extremely sorry for anyone who has to rely on this horrible company for transport

Took my parents out to the hospital and back on the HandyDart. Our driver, Ken was not only prompt and courteous but he also had a great sense of humour. He kept us laughing the whole way there and we were glad to see that it was him again that came to pick us back up again. His sense of humour and attention to us and all other passengers that were on his route made our first trip such a positive experience. My parents were a little nervous before the trip but by the time we got home they were both talking about how much they enjoyed the ride. Thank you and a special thanks to Ken.

Was for my friend . Was a bit confusing as to which Handy dart we were to take. This happened twice, on the way to our destination and on the way back. Otherwise the drivers were professional and friendly.
