They constantly ignore their phone. I have a large and heavy delivery coming today. I figured I would be nice and pick it up to save them the headache. No problem though, keep it up!

Why do they have a phone number if they don't ever intend on picking up the phone? You go in, because they didn't answer the phone and the lady at the desk will be on her phone, deeply engaged in the phone game she's playing. Terribly run.

They don’t answer their phone. Postman constantly walks across grass leaving a trail meanwhile I’m spending thousands on weedman to repair my lawn.

impossible to call them they dont answer their phone. The only way to know if my order arrived is going there myself and with this virus most try not to go out when possible. Purolator is the ones i will use from now on.
