I made a last minute reservation with Kathleen from Halifax to Annapolis. The drive was excellent. Pick up at the arranged time, safe and efficient travel with good conversation. I am grateful for her service and she is a valued member of our community! Thanks Kathleen!

I had booked a ride from Kathleen from Halifax to Digby, a whale tour in Digby, and the ride back to Halifax. On the day I was supposed to be driven to Digby at about 1:40, I waited for the next five hours, calling her number to no avail. I got worried, thinking she might have had an accident. No, the piece of paper my address and phone number was on (which she had my phone number in her phone, I had texted her multiple times!) blew out the window, and so she turned around and drove back to Digby, leaving me without a place to stay in Halifax, and I had to book a hotel room at short notice. Kathleen is not good at using technology, but being able to clear your voice mail and keep contacts in your phone is a very low bar that she did not clear. Rent a car on any service if possible, or have contingency plans in place if you must get service from her, which I cannot advise against enough. Incredibly disappointing service! It would have been great, if it happened at all, I just recommend never using her service. She seems like a nice lady, but being nice alone doesn’t help you get from Point A to Point B.

Kathleen's shuttle service is top notch, safe, reliable and fun. Her vehicle is clean
and well maintained. Kathleen is an excellent driver with loads of local information.
Her rates are very reasonable and I recommend her shuttle service fully.
I'm looking forward to my next ride with Kathleen.

Look no further for transportation to and from the Annapolis valley and Digby areas, and the greater Halifax areas. Kathleen is safe, reliable, experienced, friendly, and a halfway pit stop is always provided. Wonderful service.

Kathleen is so professional and courteous! She made my tour experience so personal, she even gave me flowers freshly cut from the areas we visited! Value for money service and very knowledgeable. I will definitely call on her if I ever visit Digby again and need a shuttle service 🙂
