My husband and I highly recommend KB Travel! Both Kim and Tara-Lee have been so kind, knowledgeable and professional. They worked very hard to find a relaxing March break getaway for us! We had never been to the Caribbean before or anywhere tropical. Tara-Lee made some wonderful suggestions including the Riviera Maya which wasn’t even on our radar at all. It turned out to be the perfect place to enjoy some sun, sea and sand in a relaxing Mexican paradise!

This was a very last minute booking and they sprang into action immediately giving us numerous options.

The Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal was stunning and the service we received from start to finish was astounding. Where else can you go and have a beach paradise and archeological sites on your doorstep? Incredible.

KB Travel answered our many questions with ease as this was such a new adventure for us. We also appreciated their attentiveness and excellent, speedy communication.

They made the booking process so smooth and easy and took care of all the details. I’m very detail oriented and I very much appreciated this and the detailed itinerary that was provided.

My daughter and I absolutely loved the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana in Dominican Republic. The resort was fabulous (clean, spacious, beautiful), the food was excellent and the service was friendly and attentive. Do not us KB travel. My wife and I had a KIDS free trip planned to Jamaica. Sunwing cancelled the fright and rebooked us a full 24hrs to the next day but did not extend our stay at the resort, so we lose a day. We paid the 3hr trip insurance fee but when we went to us it we were told since it was a delay and not a cancelation(which It totally was a cancellation) a credit would be offered. KB travel (Our agent Kim or any other agent for that matter) was of no help. Not even a call back from any agent the entire day (our trip was cancelled at 2:05 am) I'm writing this at 4 pm. Called KB travel three time and emailed Kim 4-5 times , no response. Do not use KB travel. Turns out travel insurance is a scam!!! Who wants a $6500 credit after paying insurance

Kim was very helpful from day 1, but On the last Day of my trip at 8:30 in the morning I received a message from Westjet saying that my flight home had been canceled. I let Kim know as I wasn’t sure what to do next. Our replacement fight wasnt for two days!!! She got on the phone with WestJet and found out that I should go ahead to the airport where Westjet would arrange for hotel and food vouchers. I’m glad she was able to find out so quickly as I was able to get on the shuttle right away and head to the airport. This was on a Sunday and she was right on top of things! It was Jamaica so an extra couple of days wasn't too bad! The photo is of the pool at the second resort I stayed at!
