Une expérience que l on voudrait oublier ..|La propriétaire veut absolument vous arnaquer ...|Elle nous a fait payer 40 dollars de plus pour une 3eme personne alors que nous avions réserve une Chambre quadruple ...|De plus elle a fait semblant de nous faire grâce D un petit déjeuner spartiate (une tranche de pain et un œuf par personne ) qui est inclus dans le prix |Et le final .. La fenêtre de la chambre cassée raccommodée par un set de table ..et encore un trou où on peut passer note doigt à travers .. L'air rentrait .. |

Don't book through a third party app, you will lose your room and get lost in the system. Called about it and only got a notification that it was cancelled even though we called right away to fix it when we booked a month ago. The room was gone, the person on the phone was rude, and was not helpful.

The old lady that operates this place is very disrespectful and she does not have any manners. She also arrives late when the office is supposed to be open at 3PM, and then rushes through the process. I paid for the room by credit card in advance and she demanded $200 deposit of which I refused to pay. I asked for a refund and she started to make excuses about the transactions, saying that it didn't go through. I called my bank right away and canceled the last transaction although It may take a while to get my money back, I'd rather wait.
The air in this place is stail and smells bad and molded, while she suggested to put my bags away I felt very uncomfortable, thinking it would be better to sleep outside.

Really not happy with the initial approach. I'll spend my money somewhere else, and I would advise anyone to stay away from this junk yard. You will not have a good experience staying here.
Definitely needs to be upgraded in all areas.

Great location and prices for individual rooms with shared kitchen. Owners do their best to provide good service while friendly and with a good attitude. An older place with character that is kept very clean. It's very unfair to see some negative reviews from those who need lower cost, select the most affordable place, then become demanding and cause difficulties, then are ungrateful enough to write a childish review. We were very comfortable and happy there and will return.

I recently stayed at this motel for two nights, and it was an absolutely miserable experience. The room had no heat, reeked of a musty, stale odor that made me sick by the next day, and clearly hadn’t been used or cleaned in a long time. The room was tiny, and I even had to ask my friend for a blanket because I was scared to use the motel's bedding. When I asked the host to increase the heat, she said she could raise the temperature, but it wouldn't work for all rooms? And my room got no heat at all for the nights. The shared kitchen area was noisy at 5:30 AM with others cooking and chopping, making it impossible to sleep. The bathroom seemed like it was from the 1900s, and the TV was equally outdated, unable to connect to WiFi or any modern devices. Everything looked so scary that we didn't even use the bathroom. After our dreadful experience, I read the reviews and saw the owner's rude responses to complaints, which you can see in the photos, so I expect to have one after this review, but who cares? She has no customer service skills whatsoever. We paid $340 for those two horror nights, and I would rate this place under 0 if I could. In short, it was a horror experience, and I highly recommend avoiding this place as it will surely ruin your trip.
