Room 218 is garbage. We were paying 1300 a month to live in a room with no heat. Black mold growing around the windows. The electrical outlets were not working properly. The TV remote would only turn off and on the satellite dish but when it came to turning on the TV you had to do that manually. God forbid the battery should stop working you had to go buy your own cuz the manager was too cheap to afford some for the housekeeping. Also we were supposed to be getting housekeeping once a week thank God we didn't cuz we just found out that somebody was getting charged for that when it was supposed to be included in the rent. Also in general we did not have a very good experience the beds were so old that I now have lower back pains. We also ask the owner and the manager why there was smoking on a non-smoking floor and why we smelt drugs on a non-smoking floor all the they could say was I will check the cameras and get back to you but they never ever did. Also the woman that was across the hallway from us was also working at the hotel but lost her job she didn't even have the decency to bring back the keys to front desk she kept them. So every time me and my girlfriend would leave the building she would then sneak into our room smoke and then pick out our stuff. We told the manager that somebody was in our room when we got back but he refused to check the cameras again. All because he was covering up for the woman living next door to us. I will never ever rent month to month from this hotel ever again it was the worst experience of my life also to mention that we asked to be moved several times to a different room and he refused to listen to us but yet he could move everybody else. I would give this a 0.5 star

My friend and I stopped by the old haunt. It had been years. Looked forward to a bite to eat. Restaurant was closed.
The place smells to high heavens, of what I can only assume is stale cigarettes & beer. Disgusting.
To top our day off, pulled in the parking lot I noted the yellow plug ins. However
Hard to tell where exactly they’re placed. Terribly low and unable to see when pulling in. Needless to say. I heard a crunch!!!
Not worth the drive or
Anguish.
Skip the Key West. You’ll be glad you did!

Absolutely filthy and disgusting. I checked in and the lights don’t switch on unless you put the lamp on and there was no hot water. I was there for less than two hours. I asked for my money back or even a partial refund and the manager wouldn’t give me my money back. If you like a roach motel, this is the spot to go to.

great little dive , perfect for quick rests or long stays. Staff live there so thats handy plus bar and dinner attached is always handy

Rusty sinks, molding tiles in bathroom, everything is bolted down, very hot in hallways and room as ac didn't work well. Staff is not as friendly as he should have been. Weird system to sign in... won't be back !!!

The staff were very friendly & aimed to please. It's a basic hotel (no water slide, swimming pool or exercise room) but we didn't go there to be spending the day in the hotel, we had an agenda. We only wanted a basic room.|They have the 1st floor for smokers and the 2nd floor is for non-smokers. We're not smokers, but the navigation of the stairs was more than my friend could take, so we didn't go to the 2nd floor.|It could use some screens on the window. The ac wasn't aimed into the room, but at the fridge, so it didn't cool the room enough. Otherwise, they were making sure we were comfortable, and that the room was clean.|The restaurant food was very good - we had dinner there, and I would highly recommend them. Prices were good, too.
