Friendly staff, service a little slow. Hard to go wrong with their original recipe chicken combo. The macaroni salad is better than the coleslaw. Their chicken sandwich tastes kind of similar to a McChicken.

Placed my order through the drive thru. Was told I would have to wait 10 minutes because they were making fresh chicken, and I would have to wait in the front. I was totally fine with waiting. So I pulled in front and was thee only customer. Waited 50 minutes so I went to the door and the same lady that was working at the window answered because the door was locked. She informed me that I had already took my order. I laughed and said "but no staff has even came out since I've been parked in front" she than asked me to wait because she was going to see what was going on. I waited another 10 minutes till the manager came out with the receipts and tried to say I already picked up my order and that I picked up two orders for the same car. He was showing me the receipt which was not my order, but kept arguing with me saying it was mine. Than he walked back in and told me to wait. I than waited another 10 minutes and another lady pulled up who ordered online and they served her rate away. I asked for a refund because I told them I had to make it to extra foods, he than argued for me to wait. I finally got my order and when I got home and the 10 piece I order was mostly just drumsticks.. I ordered at 6:31pm and didn't get my order till 7:45pm. The chicken wasn't fresh at all.. I don't think I will be giving them business anymore.

Had to wait 20 minutes for our chicken… I’m okay with that but it was dripping with grease and burnt. Top it off someone ordered online 2 all white buckets so we were given a completely dark meat bucket - stated that was not acceptable- standard buckets should be 1/2 and 1/2. We got it home to find 85% was dark meat - one breast, 1rib and 2 wings. Will never be back to this location. Ask for correction and still get ripped off. Grease is dire need to be changed

KFC is an all time favorite, but over the past few years we have almost stopped ordering food. UNTIL we moved to Cardston. They are doing a great job most of the time.... friendly staff. Keep up the good work !

Rude service! Took our time ordering and the person at the drive thru was very impatient and stopped taking our order half way through! No one was even at the KFC either.. went to DQ instead - better service there

Horrible service. The guy with the ponytail was very argumentative and impatient. I tried over and over again to order corn for my side dish. He wouldn't even acknowledge me and just asked what I wanted for a dipping sauce. Over and over again. I said well what about a side? He ignored me and kept quickly moving through my order. He left me so confused and frustrated by the end of the conversation that I was just convinced that my order didn't come with a side at all. Turns out he decided on mashed potatoes for our side because that is what we got. Food was OK, exactly what you'd expect but the service was so bad that it prompted me to leave my first Google review

Pulled into KFC Cardston at 7PM in the car lanes. Tried to order 2 meals all dark meat. Was told they can only do one. This is a chicken restaurant and to come up with that is completely unacceptable. Perhaps they need to look at their inventory management process. The fries were definately cooked in oil that long needed changing. Where is Pop Eyes when I need them?
