This is amazing. It is free for both the child with the disability as well as the support person when Access2 card is provided at the front desk.

Newly renovated. Fun and nice for kids.
Gets very busy and loud on weekends with lots of kids since party rooms can be booked for birthday parties.

Spaceship with buttons that have sounds.
Nice big yellow slide.
Little merry go rounds - horses and chairs.
Structure for climbing around.
Smaller structures for babies and toddlers.

Friendly and nice staff. Very polite when asking kids to follow the rules.

Great location at Erin Town Centre.

Nice things first: Clean, Safe, looks good with theme colors and combinations. Located inside the mall so it serves better to coordinate shopping with some fun time for kids. No separate tickets for adults.
Not so nice: Mostly serves infants & toddlers best. Bigger kids might not find much to do and likely to get bored soon. Difficult to spend more than an hour but might work well for crowd management. One real gripe is high prices for bigger kids which I understand but then there isn’t much for them to do anyway.

The play area was very clean, smelled very neutral and pleasant, non-stimulating environment with gentle colors and thoughtfully placed structures. I really appreciated that there was no music playing at all because it helped the kids stay calm and not get overstimulated. Really friendly and involved staff. Overall very happy with this place will come again.

We have been taking our lil one here since she is 2. And she loves the play area. It is the most hygienic and safe play area that we have come across. Having said that we organized our girl’s 5th birthday party here recently on a Saturday afternoon, we booked 3 party-rooms for 2 hours for 70 people. And this is one of the best party we could organize. Kids from 1 - 8 went crazy over here, parents have to drag them out of the play area. The party rooms were very well setup with garbage bins, storage in eachroom, enough tables and chairs for the guests. We loved how it all went. There was a lot of assistance from the staff and kids were safe even if a parent was away in between. We loved everything about it.

We had a great time. At first it appeared that there were a ton of kids but they handle crowds well I must say. Really fun for kids up to around 7 I think but some of the big kids make it a bit intimidating for the toddlers which is expected. When we went, there weren't so many bigger kids and there are lots of personnel on the ground to assist and guide. We had a slight wait time to enter and my child had a great time.

Great place to host birthday parties for young kids! It's very clean and safe for small kids to running around. It is the second time to host birthday party here. Will definitely come back again next year!
