As of the time of this writing, this hotel is a pleasant stay. The ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful. The hotel is being renovated and the rooms are delightful. As I travel for work I have noticed that the hotel does not have an ice machine for everyone’s use. I was on the third floor and shower fairly early at 5:30am. I needed to run the water for about 5 minutes before it would actually get hot. Beds are comfy and the room has a nice mini fridge with a freezer. If I am in the area again,I will be staying at this hotel.

Stayed here for work purposes and the hotel was amazing! Clean, with friendly staff. Rooms were very comfortable and the hotel is within walking distance of Tim's. Thank you for the amazing stay!

We ordered ice tea’s, which took about 20 minutes to get to our table (Restaurant was almost empty). We ordered our food, after that, our server disappeared (I think she literally left? And there was no replacement server or any communication at all) and we were not checked on ONCE. Our food took a ridiculously long time for an empty restaurant. Once we did finally get our food, the burgers bun was burnt and black. The chicken wings were raw, and flooded in a bath of sauce. I needed napkins for it really badly but again, no server to be found. Once we flagged one down, we asked for napkins and she gave a rude look as if she was doing anything anyways. One plus was that one server did offer upfront to take the wings off the bill because they were raw so I appreciated that. Overall this was by far the worst, least professional and longest experience I’ve had in a restaurant. I’m never coming back.

Was there for one day for work. Had hair in both the walls of my shower and the wall beside my bed, they were kind enough to give me a discount and a new room. But finding a new room was also a hassle! They tried to radio someone to check the available rooms and no one was answering so the lady at the front desk had to go around and check themselves, the first “available room” was across from my original room and was apparently full of stuff so I had to wait around a good half hour until they found one in good condition. I don’t do reviews often but I felt I had to make one for this ordeal.

Friendly staff and excellent restaurant. The hotel rooms were fairly outdated and the room I stayed at the bathtub needed some serious refinishing.

There’s a mall and a Tim Hortons only a two minute walk adjacent from the hotel making it a great location for our-of-town guests.

The restaurant and lounge had daily specials at a great price, the waiters were always super friendly!

The hotel also has a pool and conference rooms attached to the main lobby.

Came in from Saskatchewan stayed here for 4 nights ,we requested clean towels and nothing was given to us for all 4 days ,there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom , I was going to adjust the flush on the toilet ,when I lifted up the toilet bowl cover the inside of the toilet bowl was full of mold and there was a hair tie holding the flush arm in place, there was mold on the tub corner, we only got 1 roll of toilet tissue for 4 days ,the TV's speakers were blown and there was loud noise all 4 nights ,staff didn't seem to care about any of this even though we told them. Highly not recommended.

We were staying at another hotel but went here for dinner one night. After waiting an hour and a half for our drinks we went up to the bar to order them again, the first ones never came. After waiting 2 and a half hours we got our food, it was cold. When we tried to pay, two staff couldn’t figure out our bills so a third one came. When they showed me the bill it had 15% gratuity added to it and they said they couldn’t remove it. We walked out, will NEVER go back. Awful experience
