We had an outstanding experience on our road trip with our rec hockey team. Norbert was very helpful in getting things coordinated and organized before the trip. Our driver Mani was excellent and took great care of us. He was professional, courteous, and always there whenever we needed him. The bus itself was fantastic - clean, large enough, and a comfortable ride. Great experience - would very highly recommend them and will be using King again whenever we need a bus!

We have been using King Charters (for their buses) for the past 2-3 years and every time they have come through! Excellent and timely customer service from Norbert, he has answered all my questions patiently and provided clarity. Our driver our Mubasher was courteous and punctual, all our guests were happy with him. We as an organization go back to them every time we need a bus service. Great job guys, always a pleasure to do business with you!

Vanmorgen zijn we opgehaald in ons hotel (Holiday Inn) en hadden we een dagtocht naar de Niagara Falls. We hebben zo genoten van de prachtige dag. We kregen een geweldige service van onze chauffeur Felix die enthousiast heel veel extra informatie gaf. Hij maakte onze dag compleet. De bus was keurig verzorgd en ik zou dit bedrijf zeker aanraden. Wij zijn erg tevreden.

I rate Kings Charters 5 stars. The service I received from Norbert to set up a charter bus for a work trip was seamless and he was very helpful. The driver for the trip was Eli and he took us to Niagara Falls and back safely. Eli was charismatic, kind and helpful. My clients enjoyed the drive as well.

We hired 5 buses from King and WOW to the overall experience and all five of the drivers. They were coming and going from all different directions into the early morning hours and ALL of them, every single one, was friendly, accommodating, and very conscientious making sure everyone arrived safe at home at the end of the night. It was like they were driving their family! And the buses were beautiful, SO nice and clean. THANK YOU SO MUCH KING CHARTERS!!
