Nice if was accessible.

Came off the Northland bus here and waited an hour for the train to Union Station.

The station was unstaffed but was also locked. This was even though the train board and TV were on inside. Not helpful for those needing to warm up or to even use the bathroom.

It’s convenient since they provide weekend service and service through out the day. The parking space is very limited though. More than half of parking spaces are reserved of which more than half are unoccupied. Would be nice if they convert reserved parking to paid parking so those who need it can pay for it. They will be shared by more Go train riders and they will generate more revenue.

When it’s a smaller train, they really need to announce which platform it’ll stop at. Everyone waiting outside the building ends up running after the train because there’s no clear direction on where to go. It’s frustrating and totally avoidable, just a simple announcement would make things so much easier for passengers.

Terrible parking situation, essentially forces you to have to pay the $98/month for reserve parking. Never any available free parking after 730am, which is insane.

Parking here sucks.
Unreserved Lots are always full.
Need more spaces. Forced to park on what they called a “boulevard” which was a grassy spot where 4 other vehicles were parked. $30 tickets to all of us when we got back. Absolutely ridiculous. Money making scheme for the city.

Update… August 11,2024
The most recent time we decided to come to this go station, we parked on the road in front of the many houses nearby. No ticket or complaint and about a 5 minute walk from the station. Although not ideal, there were no complaints this time.

What an absolute miserable train conductor yesterday, 9/11/24. We were waiting for the train to arrive at this station for 2:10pm. The train arrived, then we were walking up to get on and the doors closed and she took off, leaving us and other people behind. She literally stopped the train for 10 seconds. Hopefully someone from managment sees this, and the appropriate actions are taken regarding the conductor. Completely messed up our entire day. Thanks.

It's a station where the train doesn't run frequently and there are no staff on site, no washrooms because the doors are always locked and the shelters are not heated. So I've seen people waiting, in their vehicles idling.
