This hotel is simply and truly AMAZING! I do travel a lot and it is rare to stay in such a nice hotel. The place has been recently renovated and is just beautiful,
rooms are wonderful and extremely comfortable, staff super friendly and professional, and perfect central location. Hard to think about a better place to stay in Kingston and I will definitely come back if I get a chance!

This hotel used to be the Four Points by Sheraton. They did a nice job remodeling the hotel and depending on room assigned could be awesome.
Hotel is in great location downtown Kingston right there amid great bars & restaurants.
Where this hotel fails is in the service from front desk to management one word POOR! comes to mind. It’s not all the staff but when you have a really bad experience you tend to brush with one stroke….
I won’t return as management does not listen!!!!
Hilton Hotels in Kingston are pretty much brand new in last 4 to 5 years.

New hotel, location is great. Though there’s no lake view but close to everywhere in downtown.

Mclub is spacious and offer beverage all day, but breakfast has very few options.

Unfortunately due to weekend weather my wife and I had to make the tough decision to not travel and lose the funds for the room as they were non refundable. I travel for my living and understand the industry and the policies and procedures.
It’s unfortunate that I will not have an opportunity to enjoy this location as I will not return and we’ll go back to the Holiday Inn.
The only issue that I have is there was no offer or meeting not even in the middle where the response was were holding firm on our policies. Given the extraordinary weather conditions, one would think some leniency and or flexibility would have been provided or offered.
I respect the staff holding firm as that is their job. Very unfortunate but I do wish this location all the best.

We stayed last night during a major snow storm. We already knew that the location was perfect for an evening away, even if the deep snow wasn't ideal for walking. That's what you get for Winter small getaways.

Having just been rebranded and undergone a full renovation, everything is brand spanking new, with thoughtful, modern design. One feature that I particularly appreciate is that there are power stations EVERYWHERE. Bedside table (perfect for those with phone to charge and a CPAP), in tables in the lounge, in public space couches & chairs, even mounted under the bar!

The bathroom in our room was absolutely spectacular.

Front desk staff and bar staff were all absolutely fantastic.

Nobody is perfect and there were a couple of minor down sides.

We would have preferred thicker, more supportive pillows.

As another reviewer mentioned, pricing in the restaurant is a bit over the top, so we chose to eat outside of the hotel, but we did have a couple of drinks at the bar. As an example, a small glass (maybe 350 ml) of Whitetail Pale Ale, is $9. The beer is brewed next door at the Kingstone Brew pub and a full pint of the same beer is $8.40. I know, hotel bars are always expensive, but this seems a bit excessive, considering the outstanding alternative options in the surrounding blocks.

One other note to those arriving by train or plane. The hotel does not offer a shuttle to the airport or train station. Neither are far away, but this seems like a customer service oversight for a high level hotel in a tourist destination.

Overall, we give the place a 5 star and we will definitely be back.
