This Go train station is almost in downtown kitchener, so it’s easily accessible for those living in downtown waterloo and kitchener as there is also a local bus stop and go bus stop as well in front of the station. The trains are also departing/ arriving almost on time.. so, reach 2-3 mins ahead of departure time, so you won’t miss the train. Billets/ presto card loaders are working in good condition most of the time. There is some waiting room which would be closed after certain hours.

Parking needs to be improved, especially in peak times it is very tough for those commuting everyday via train to park their cars due to insufficient parking space. Overall, it’s a better option to commute to toronto or other urban areas

No parking - riders be aware you need to park several blocks away. Between the private Indigo Parking lot (right in front of the tracks) and the Go Parking just down the street both lots are always full and there is no where to park. It leaves riders two options: get there at 6am to get a parking spot, or pay $20 to park at City Hall several blocks away.

This is the only GO station in Waterloo region which taxes from Cambridge residents goes into the region. For what we are paying in taxes we should have a GO station that is of higher quality as well as accessibility!! Some of the stops along the trip to Union Station were in much smaller cities than Cambridge? Why doesn’t Cambridge have a GO station
The Kitchener station building was closed at 7:45am when we arrived in a very cold Feb morning as well we had to pay $12 to park for the day. Why is parking free at other GO stations but not Kitchener Getting out of the parking lot after returning from TO on the afternoon train was a zoo. One way in and out of parking lot into a stupidly designed intersection. Terrible location to get in and out of ☹️ Trying to be green but our region is not helping to facilitate ☹️🇨🇦

The building itself is well maintained, but the GO Train needs to get their shit together. I have travelled here multiple times because the website told me the train was running, only to find out I wasted time and money. Don't go here, you're better off travelling to Guelph to catch the train.

The place is embarrassingly disorganized. You cannot tell where the bus pickup happens without asking prior. It's insane to not have a single employee on sight in the morning (9am-12pm, I'm not sure if someone came later). Not just for advising and information handout, but also for security reasons given a lot of alcoholics were hanging around (and I mean other reasons too, what if someone put themselves in danger on the railways). There's no vending machines or access to bathrooms if the employees are absent. Props for location, cleaniness and as a photoshoot location for post-apocalyptic vibes

Kitchener go is getting worse day by day. Today the temperature inside the train was unbearably hot throughout the trip, it was difficult for me to breathe and I had breathing issues due to the high temperature.
Very bad service.customer service is horrible.

Recently started utilizing this service to get my daughter to and from university. Prices are fantastic though. It would be nice to have the service run to Stratford again. We have to go to Kitchener in order to utilize it.

This is by far the worst go station that I've been to! No parking what so ever which has caused us to miss our train. They have have 30 spots for a train that goes to Toronto, embarrassing! Not to mention no staff on hand for assistance. This has put a real sour taste in my mouth and has ruined a family trip for me and my family. Because of this experience I will never travel go again!
