I choose to travel with KK Travel for Hajj 2025. The review is very specific to their Hajj arrangement and facilitation.
KKTravels act as a broker from Canada and offer Hajj program. They only act as a middle man to the transactions. They lacked in number of area requires to make your hajj smooth.
Vaccination: They did not inform their guest of any information up front what are the require process / vaccination.
FingerPrints app: The process requires a Saudi app from Pak (region) to submit your finger prints and KKTravel has no Android/Apple Phones at any of their office to facilitate and submit, i was asked to go to another traveler who was going to Hajj. To install the app you need Pak Address/Credit Card/Phone # from Pakistan to change you region.
Vouchers / Hotel: To the very end Kazz was telling us that he will provide vouchers for hotel booking and nothing happened to the end. This was very stressful as you would not know which hotel you are booked into and where are you staying. The Hajj (ZIHG) who were introduce to us before the travel week and I coordinated with them subsequently.
Transportation: I was informed that all transportation is included in the package, however, I paid both to and for from Airport to the hotel and and on return both time. 300+ SAR.
Hajj Group Orientation; This was a live session which was held by ZIHG in Karachi and we joined remotely, not something we would expect after paying 13K+ in package.
Recommendation to KK: This might be a business proposition for you, but for Hajj traveler its a once in a lifetime experience, please be honest and connect them earlier with your Pakistan group working with.
Note to Hajj Traveler: None of the Canada Hajj travel agent is managing it, if they are asking for Pakistani Passport, rest assure that they are broker and Hajj is facilitated from a Paksitani group. you lose on all the luggage / essential they give you. You can get them if you deal with them directly.
