These guys are weird and racist and tbh the lady working front desk is extremely rude. I feel it's because of the kind of people that they let hang around there has tainted her view towards Canadians 🙁 . seems to think all of us are the same I suppose. It's just run down and needs improvement to be even considered a half decent motel at best. Only good thing about it is the vlt lounge and that's a stretch.

Didn't change bed sheets, didn't vacuum the carpet, toilet had the same piubes for the whole week on top of the tank.
Didn't wash the towels, they just re fold them and hang them back.
Bad odor in the room.
And alot more.

Only cable was ok with the old style tv.

I liked the bed and nothing else. The toilet was being worked on and forgotten in the room the set us up in, the water was rancid, the a/c didn't work and the heat was on......And they didn't give enough sugar and creamer for one cup of coffee. I'm so disappointed. Never again will I waste my money on this place.

They should really fix the place up. Nice VLT lounge but no restaurant. Can't get coffee or tea just alcohol..

Booked this hotel for a week because there was no place to stay in brandon. Got there and they said that they weren't taking reservations due to no air conditioners. Very frustrating now stuck in brandon with no place to stay.
