Hôtel sympa, confortable, personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner correct sauf le café qui est très léger (habitué au café français, désolé).
Le seul bémol est la décoration un peu désuète.

For the price, the amenities were okay. However, asked for them to replace towels and the one item I left in my room on day 2 of a 3 night stay, was met with them throwing away both the soap for the bathroom sink and my bottle of soap I brought with me. I never got it back either. Something to keep in mind. You don't want your items going missing. So keep them with you when you leave your room.

I stayed here for two months inbetween places to rent and didn't have any issues with my room , with the staff nor the location. Long term guests get housekeeping once a week , and they were very accommodating to that. When there was issues with other patrons they dealt with it fast , including weeding out the bad. Yes there is long term guests but there is no rental market. It's hard to find something affordable and accommodating especially when your lower income. Microwave and fridge in room worked great. Only issue I had was with key card periodically not working but they always fixed issue right away. Yes its a bit on the louder side but it's right on mayor magrath. Loved the huge window, made it feel brighter. Definitely would stay there again !

This place is absolutely disgusting and horrible
Extremely outdated. Every room on the outside saus smoking free but the minute you go in you get the most disgusting whiff of smoke and mold. The carpet was sticky in places like something had fallen down and not cleaned
Along with us stayed 5 other families for soccer tournament and all of them gave up their rooms and paid again to spend the night elsewhere. The motel was filled with people using substance and drugs. At all times, you'd be greeted with atleast 2 individuals using substance. The car alarms went off many times during the night indicating foul play. This place was absolutely horrible. We have never left a review like this and I hope that we won't ever book a property like this.

I was at the knights inn for street wheelers. We had no ac in 30 degree weather for one night and one full day. The communication between all the staff was beyond terrible. They gave us a fan and told us that would be good enough. Only when we were very angry did they actually help us. They told us they would fix it the first night, then they told us the morning after, then in one hour, then in another two hours. We got back to our room at night and there was still no ac. Even with the fan on all day it was still 30 degrees in our room when it was only 20 outside. Luckily that night they did install a portable air conditioner for us. The only reason I’m giving them three stars is because we did get a partial reimbursement for our poor time there. The communication between the staff and the clients needs to be improved. Customer service was not satisfactory.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The hotel was very dated, the carpets had a stale cigarette smell and the linens were stained. The walls were very thin and every car going by on the street was very loud. The bathroom was not clean with mould under the sink and urine down the toilet bowl Negative: ""

Well, was a place to stay. Apart from traffic noise, it was quiet. Fridge worked well, freezer not so much. Ice cream became liquid. Mattress wasnt comfortable, I woke several times, as it was very uncomfortable

Coffee was awful. Needs to be said.

So, if you need a room for a night, go for it. If you need to stay a few nights in lethbridge, look else where.

Was in Lethbridge for the day as our father passed. Had a very bad anxiety attack and needed a shower and somewhere to lay down before I drove 2.5 hours home. This was the ONLY place that would rent us a room for said purpose. We paid a nights rate and were able to use the showers and lay down. The management on today, Sunday Feb 11, thank you! From the bottom of our hearts, We appreciate you listening and your kindness.
