The prices were reasonable, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere, for the most part, was awesome. The problem, however, is that it's not wheelchair accessible. Thankfully, I'm an ambulatory user. So, my kids were still able to have fun.

My kids love it here! Great for kids of all ages. The older ones can play mini putt or laser tag as well. We have been here multiple times, have celebrated birthday parties and will continue to come back. Always kept clean, and the staff are always pleasant to talk to!

We’ve been to KUPP on several occasions with our son as well as his friends.

The indoor playground is great for the kids to let loose and burn off some energy. Our son always enjoyed running around on the various play structures and did so independently with his friends.

Laser tag is a blast. Lots of obstacles to hide behind. Did that for his birthday with a group of mixed kids/adults and everyone loved it.

Last night we went to the mini putt. While on the smaller side, they made excellent use of the space. Some easier holes, along with some more challenging ones made it fun for everyone. Bonus - we went just after 7pm and the mini putt was empty, so our son and his friends were able to redo holes as often as they wanted which made it even more bang for our buck.

We will definitely be returning.

Its a realy nice indoor playpark for all ages. Has a smaller area for kids under 3. Food and drinks are available to purchase and a good variety. Very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Guess it’s under new management. Used to bring our own food and drinks all the time, especially since I have 3 little ones. Came in today and the lady told us no more and she was so rude and ignorant!! We used to buy our pizza from the pizza place next door, same place they buy theirs, as we eat almost a full one to ourselves, got told that wasn’t allowed either. I get you need to make a buck, but the stuff to eat and drink here is sooo expensive, on top of the entry fee. Not acceptable! Plus, I saw the staff eating Tim Horton’s when I wasn’t allowed to bring in mine. Maybe the staff should be following the rules as well!!!

I have never been here before but I have to say it was an amazing experience. My daughter and her close friend played so hard! I think she went on the big slides 30+ times while my friends son went about the obstacles climbing and running about. Due to the concern with covid my friend and I decided while things have calmed down we had to take our kids somewhere and just make memories so I google searched kids play in sudbury and this popped up. We gave it a shot and spent a good 2 hours there, there is an area to get food (they haven't updated the prices as they were more than shown) and I noticed most children and adults wore masks and kept their distance. There were some adults who didn't and did not keep their distance so that was a bit concerning but in all we had a blast. As we traveled back home (3hours) the kids played so hard they slept half the trip home. It was very fun and exciting as there is no indoor play centers in sault ste marie so to be able to do this was so much fun.
