We had a fantastic time tubing. You sign a waiver, pick up your tube then launch right from the dock beside where you pay. Float for a couple hours in very pleasant water temps then get picked up by a shuttle bus. The river is gorgeous. Tube's were in good condition and liked having paddles and the ability to not have to sit in water. We went on a day that was showing 19c but it ended up being so nice still and we all really enjoyed ourselves.

We love the experience The Tube Shack makes so easy to enjoy! While the things that are a slight pain, are not in the hands of the shack (parking and water levels), we think they excel at the things they do control! Well organized, easy access to tubes, and well maintained equipment.
We love the rental program. Great value, especially, as they incur all the wear and tear to the inflatables. The ride back is always easy to access from the beach, constantly running so, no long waits, and the staff are always friendly. It’s a must do activity, perfect for families, teens, fun with friends! We take all our visiting friends on this excursion and it’s always a major win!
We appreciate seeing Tube shack staff on the water cleaning up garbage, maintaining safety and ensuring everyone has a great time, it adds to the overall experience.
We have never had a lousy time, but with the water levels higher this year, we definitely enjoyed ourselves twice as much as last year, I hope they are able to keep them up.

Beautiful, had to paddle when the wind was going west but it was worth it. What a beautiful serene and awesome day. The staff are awesome. The only thing is we couldnt find the trail to the ice cream shop like we hoped and even though it was supposed to be after the car bridge, it wasnt marked clearly enough for us to see. Everything else was really a joy. The temp when we went was 27 and full sun.

So organized..very reasonable prices..and a fantastic float down a beautiful scenic river. Nice places along riverbank to stop and stretch the legs also. And shuttle service right back to your car. A great family activity.

So much fun. Well organized rental centre. The start is super slow and very relaxing but at times it seemed we weren't moving at all. Later the paced picked up with a number of mini rapids that we encountered. I would definitely do it again if given the opportunity.

So much fun! First time going in over 10 years and it did not disappoint. Reserving was SO easy and efficient. I actually booked on the wrong day, emailed and it was changed immediately. I forgot to book a cooler tube online as well and just paid for it when I got there. All the staff we encountered at the check in, departure dock and at the end at the shuttle were so unbelievably helpful. We will be going back again for sure. Don’t forget to bring snacks , water and lots of sunscreen!
