Check-in was great. Our front desk clerk was very friendly and was cracking jokes, so it was fun. The room was clean but you can tell it's old. The most difficult part is the smell. I can't really describe it, but I equate it with old hotels that used to allow smoking. I hope I will be able to sleep tonight. For the price we paid, this hotel is okay.

All except the sausages. Those sausages were awful but the rest was good. Please get another kind of sausage those taste like cocktail sausages.

Stayed here another night to find the front desk deserted and no bacon. Asked for bacon when the guy came back got yelled at. Wow. Never again

As an overall we were very disappointed with our stay. The rooms were outdated but clean. The breakfast was a shame. You will see the “lovely” fruit basket that was served, and when my family arrived at 9:30 for breakfast the warmers were empty so I asked the young girl working if we could get more sausage for my kiddos. Her reply was no and just walked away. But she did bring up more hash brown patties as I’m assuming that’s what the front desk liked cause he was soon up there dishing up his plate. The tables were all dirty up there as well. Juice dispenser was empty. When we went to checkout the front desk guy told me the manager would call to talk to me because that wasn’t acceptable. Well fast forward 6 days later I finally call and get out through. (Many attempts and couldn’t get passed through to Wayne). After talking to Wayne he pretty much summed up the conversation with I should be happy with anything for breakfast be cause it was free. And my $160 just covered my outdated room

Cute lobby, fair prices, professional and nice staff. We asked for a room change and they did it with no fuss. Breakfast was great!! Lots of yummy options. Room was clean and smelled nice. I would recommend and I would stay here again. You can tell the person running it cares for the place.

I stayed at Lakeview Inn and Suites for a night during a work trip, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The price was quite reasonable for the quality of the stay. Upon arrival, the kind gentlemen at the front desk took excellent care of us, making the check-in process a breeze. My only issue was that the shower handle popped off while I was using it, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the friendly staff and great service more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend

Absolutely rude! Booked a room, then went there with all of my gear for hiking and things. No help. Then I get to the front desk and NO. YOU NEED A CREDIT CARD FOR 250 DOLLARS FOR A DAMAGE DEPOSIT THAT YOU DON'T EVEN GET BACK. Its all a show. The rooms aren't even up to date and no one is friendly. Its money. Thats all they want. There are better places to go and spend money! They should be shut down stealing peoples money. I couldn't re book, I couldn't do anything. That room was paid for and NO ONE even stayed in it. Couldn't get a refund.

This place is clean but don’t except anyone to smile or be friendly. Front deck people and rude and mean. They can’t answer simple questions just disappointed. On a weekend when I know there were busy they could have had tried I little bit more.

I was planning to book here with myself and my 15 year old daughter. I checked hotel pricing and it was at $159 per night. I checked again the next day to see the same room for $183 per night. It took me a while to figure out the difference but eventually I found that if I listed two adults (as is the default) I received a cheaper price than if I listed with one adult and one child. This was the same room with two queen beds, just rip off pricing if I happen to have a child rather than a spouse along. What a terrible thing to do to parents. Definitely never going to be booking here.
