Très, très propre, simple mais coquet. On sent que la propriétaire prend grand soin de son petit motel. Chambre petite mais pour dormir et se laver, c'est suffisant. Une piscine extérieure + un B.B.Q. + un grand terrain. Bien situé.

This weekend we had the pleasure of staying at the Lakeview Motel. Upon arriving we were greeted by the friendly owner and our room was ready to go. We noticed right away the room was renovated and super clean. My son loved swimming in the pool and they also offer a pavilion and barbecue in the outdoor area. The owner noticed we had mountain bikes and offered us a trail map for local trails. The hotel was 2 minutes bike ride from a Lakeside trail that led all the way into town and continues along the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here. 5 stars

The owner was very nice, always asked if we needed anything, bed was comfortable, motel room was clean, the pool was very refreshing, nice set up, loved that there are bbq’s, so you can bring your own food. Loved it here, and will be back next year.

We spent 2 days at the Lakeview Motel. The room was a bit crammed with the 2 beds but we made it work. Affordable and convenient. Only a 15 minute walk to downtown and 6 minute walk to the beach. Service was pleasant and the pool was very refreshing. 9/10 would recommend.

FILTHY and RUN DOWN. Air conditioning unit and bathroom fan were full of dust. Leaking toilet. Window ledges haven't been cleaned. Microwave and fridge dirty. Stains on linens. The Bathroom sink was disgusting. It was evident the owners have not properly taken care of the property as it had been by the previous owners. Holes in the walls. Rusted heater. Wifi didn't work. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere else in town. One star given as zero stars is not an option.

This was a diamond in the rough! I didn't expect much when I booked because it kind of looked like a little outdated roadside motel.....but what a little gem!! The rooms were impeccably clean and have everything you need. The owner was friendly and very prompt with service. I requested, at my cost, if he could leave a little surprise in our room as it was our anniversary. When we arrived, he had upgraded our room to the beautiful "3 bedroom cottage" room. It was like a 3 bedroom, fully furnished apartment. Really nicely decorated, the room and all kitchen appliances were very clean. The shower was very nice, good pressure, unlike many I've used at other motels or hotels. The "cottage" had an outdoor patio with a BBQ and although we were only there for 1 night and didn't use it, we will definitely be bringing our family for a stay in the summer. There is a pool and outdoor area with chairs and a fire pit, as well as other bbqs. It was a little walk (about 10 minutes) to the downtown kincardine area, but my husband and I loved it. We actually walked for dinner the night we arrived, and again in the morning for breakfast. I LOVED this stay.

Rented room last minute read reviews sounded suitable for one night. Room was not clean stuff on bathroom doors walls dirty thought ok one night went and sat outside enjoying the little bunnies than two doors down out comes a person smoking a big bong nope couldn't wasn't even there for an hour. Seen man who checked me in said I don't feel safe explained why he said ok just leave key inside. Do not reccomend

This is a nice quiet place to stay. Far from the highway, but easy enough to get to. The rooms were nice and clean. Had a mini fridge with a freezer and a microwave. The guy checking us in was friendly, nice, and helpful. Enough parking. There was a pool, but it was closed for the time of year.
