Tres ordinaire...vieux....meme très vieux....bruyant +++.. .hygiène qui laisse a désirer ( taches sur les draps ...cheveux sur une serviette ? Matière sèche collée sur le bureau ...) un désastre ! N allez pas là si vous pouvez faire autrement...( c était plein partout et j ai fais la gaffe de ne pas réserver..)..j ai quitté l hotel en pleine nuit écoeuré par les cris sur l étage...pas moyen de dormir !
Point positif ( il y en a un) ...j y suis retourné pour rencontrer le desk manager qui fut très compréhensif et m a remboursé la totalité des frais pour la chambre...Personnel gentil aussi .

The rooms stank, no air conditioner, the air feels very gross, muggy/smoky. Bad flat pillows that are horrible for people with terrible necks. The beds feel dirty even after being cleaned, dust everywhere, bad for people with dust allergies. The bathroom is not clean, the tub is gross…Bring your own wet wipes/cleaning supplies, pillow’s blankets etc if you are staying here…no privacy since you/everyone else can hear everything and everyone outside of the room, the only good thing was the location since Walmart LCBO and Dollarama is right there.

Only complaint was the cashier in the restaurant and it was a guy who never once got our orders right and it wasn't a day went by that he was getting yelled at for buggering up a order. Hallway rugs need too be changed, fresh paint in hallways, Fire alarms practically went off every week, but way better then most hotels I been too, way too far out and the hotels in the downtown area are disgusting, so in other words it was okay just like any typical home. Importantly have ex heater.

This hotel was a significant disappointment. The rooms reeked of marijuana, creating an unpleasant and unhealthy atmosphere. The soundproofing was nonexistent; every conversation and movement outside the room was clearly audible, including the constant, loud disturbances from a large homeless population seemingly residing there. Do not be misled by the photos; this overpriced hotel offers exceptionally poor value and a truly miserable experience.

The landmark has a restaurant that’s in their establishment. Do not order from them at all every single time me or my family ate there. We got sick spewing puke sick I’m trying to figure out right now who to report them to you and once I do, I will. This is not a coincidence this is the second time My son was sick from the food he got from the landmark. It’s not a one time situation.
I’m starting to believe they have food for other people and food for us, I’m so sick of the way people are allowed to operate.
Please, please please there are other locations out there that serve fresh food. Be careful.

Checked in during the Afternoon, Our Room was located on the 3rd floor, next to the stairwell, so basically we had a corner room to stay in for just under a week.
Gave The Rooms 1 STAR bc the floors, or shud I say, the RUG was STAINED TO THE MAX. THE RUG WASNT EVEN CLEANED, so VACUUMED or even SWEPT at least. It was too dirty looking and dirty feeling for my taste. I wouldn't mind a clean and fresh smelling room whenever I stay somewhere, as in a HOTEL by the name of
LANDMARK INN. The room was Also COLD, heat wud be full blast, but the cold air comes in the room from underneath the Entry Doorway, very big gap our door had.
I did think about switching rooms, one without a rug, I will most definitely ask the front desk worker the next time we stay at this Establishment, for a Room on the 1st Floor and that has NO RUG in it.
