Friendly staff easygoing staff .
Had to lol as I drove up to the Booth one day
I witnessed a game of Barcode tag between the opposite both .but if you are early it's great to go on a little nature walk .be adventurous lots of beautiful sights to see .I work at the mill and some of my shifts are a little long so to unwind after a long few days I don't mind letting go and grounding myself with the beautiful scenery this amazing country has to offer I'm honored to be on this territory.im a citizen of the world .no boards existed .when my soul was set free on this earth .have you ever seen something or been some place and it's you have felt this energy b4

I have travelled through this terminal so many times and the staff at the ticket booth are always an absolute delight!! Thanks to the team for being cheery, funny and for putting a smile on my face every time I pass through 😄

The gentleman working toll booth 3 today at 11:15 a.m. was so nice. He was the absolute best such great energy. Always a breeze coming through here!

The staff was friendly and informative. On this side of Horseshoe Bay, you wait outside and walk directly on the ferry. We came back in the morning and enjoyed a great breakfast on the ferry. The Eggs Benny was tasty and the Western Sandwich was perfect. Don't forget the salsa. I recommend heading top side for some fresh air and even fresher sites. We really enjoyed the Sundeck.

Disgusting washrooms in the waiting area nearest the loading dock, forget about thinking the ferries will ever be on time. The schedule seems like a suggestion at best. Don't bother planning to be anywhere on time if you have to rely on their poor service.

Arrived 1 hr before ferry because I didn't book reservations. Not much there. Washrooms and food machines. Summer they have a couple food and souvenirs kioks
