It’s been a while since my last encounter. I honestly have noticed a change in personnel on this most recent visit.
I was tossing ideas around but no hard plans to purchase a vehicle as my existing vehicle is still a good solid unit.
The casual conversation I had with Trevor opened up an opportunity for me. There were No pressure tactics just honest and candid communication.
I would say it is a refreshing atmosphere. Welcoming and friendly people.
Trevor and David were awesome to deal with and were very knowledgeable about the product. Jeff finished up the deal from the finance office.
The takeaway from my point of view is “Honesty & Care goes a long way”.

I was passing through town and thought I’ll stop in and ask about a price on my truck. I explained my circumstance with David and Trevor, even knowing the dealership was going to close soon they both helped me out and I had a great deal on the table! I did most of my buying process over text message and a couple short phone calls. The next Saturday I went into the dealership and picked up my new 1500! And also a new to us 1500 for my girlfriend!

I was stranded on the Hwy about 2 kms from Claresholm. Got a ride into town and attended at Legacy Dodge for emergency assistance and service. Called AMA to tow my truck to the Shop . Top notch service from the Service Manager and assistant who actually drove me back to my vehicle to assist the tow truck driver. My truck was fixed the next morning as a part had to be ordered in and work completed without delay. A “Big” shoutout to the staff and Service Department at Legacy Dodge Claresholm👍👍

A smaller dealer, but the service we got from Keith was amazing! Answered all our questions promptly, politely and to the point, Picked up our used vehicle and saw it the first time, it was fully detailed in great condition like it said in the description, with even some free merchandise in the cab!
