I've been through a dozen dealerships and even worked at one in sales for a bit. Of all that experience I would sooner step into traffic blind folded than go back in. HOWEVER! At Legacy in Taber I dealt with Gord and BJ who actually went the extra mile and pulled some strings to get things done for me. My credit sucks and I wouldn't have gotten what I wanted/needed in a timely fashion if not for the team at this dealer. I'd never recommend a dealer before this, but these folks are pretty cool. Go get a new vehicle people!

I recently purchased a car from Legacy Taber Chrysler, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The building is modern and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. Manager Sean and Salesperson Gord were both exceptional in their service, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly—I would confidently give them a 10/10 for their performance.

I'd also like to mention the front service staff, who were equally friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Legacy Taber Chrysler if you're looking for outstanding service and a quality vehicle.

Bought a van from them few years ago. Nothing but issues from day one. Firstly the van should have never passed any kind of inspection. Firstly in the first week or so Had to replace all tires after buying the van. My wife took van back to dealer an they said there was nothing wrong with tires. They passed there inspection but yet when we took it to few other tire shops they all said same thing shouldnt have passed. My wife went to dealer first if they could fix it but they wouldn't so we bought new tires becuase with old ones she was sliding off highway while driving. Secondly the brakes had to be replaced month in. And now year later when the battery shot on it the parts store looked at battery an said the sticker date was 2013 when the vans a 2016. During the whole process of buying the van everyone was pushy. They tried pressuring us into buy a van $7000 more that had a lot of paint damage when I told them I just needed something to get from point A to point B they were annoyed. They tried playing the well its your wife driving so don't you think it should be up to her to decide what your buying and what not. They had made up all the paperwork for the other van that I didn't want when I told them it was wrong van they said "oops I made a mistake" definitely didn't. Wouldn't go back, I don't recommend anyone going there. They charge more for a lot of things. I tell all my family friends to stay away

I recently had my truck lifted 3.5" and got new rims and tires, I'm very happy with how my truck turned out and would like to thank David Nedokus for going above and beyond, I highly recommend legacy dodge in taber ab. I don't even know where to start... u wanna support local but it's companies like this that make u go elsewhere... terrible service shop and truly over charge.. communication skills are nil to none t this place.. went to the nxt door dealer ship a d fixed my vehicle 300$ cheaper and same day fix.. nvr again will we deal with this dealership..

Great example of a small town dealership that is clueless about market availability. They have a vehicle on their lot that has not sold in over 9 months. When they asked me to show them comparisons to others selling for less so they could match those prices. After I sent them 3 exact same model vehicles with similar kms and identical features, they refused to adjust their price and claimed that they were a "volume" dealership, which is not only stupid because volume dealers operate on slim margins to maximize sales numbers, but it is irrelevant to their promise to adjust their pricing. Needless to say, I bought my vehicle elsewhere and SAVED ALMOST $10,000.00 from the price they quoted me. Do yourself a favor and take a drive a few hours away and save yourself money and headache.
UPDATE: I received an email from Matthew Lauinger, VP of Legacy Auto Group asking me for feedback. I sent him the same information posted in this review, including my phone number. After I sent that email response, Legacy added their reply asking me to call them. If they wanted to resolve their deficiencies, you would think that their VP would have picked up the phone or had a manager call me - why on earth would they expect me to call them after all the time I wasted with their sales person?

Gord and Johnny went above and beyond for my husband and I. They were able to get us out of a bad car loan and into something bigger, newer, with a lower interest rate, and cheaper. After so many denials, we are beyond happy that we went to Legacy. Highly recommend this dealership.

This is how my experience went with legacy dodge in Taber. I'm on night shift while this is all happening too up in Fort McMurray.
Wednesday: Gordon reaches out and gets a rough idea of what I need/want.
Thursday: BJ reaches out for financing and some other last minute add one. (I wanted winter tires and a tonneu cover installed)
Friday: work gets done
Saturday @9am: Adrian and his father drove my new truck from Taber to Calgary to drop it off for me.

I'd give yall more then 5 stars if I could. Thank you so much for the amazing buying experience. You guys rocks.
